Nice pool. Open 24 hrs is a bonus. I think the unit was dated and not as clean as expected for the price but not a big deal to me. Would be an issue for family and wife.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. This condo was in a great location! Inside looks like some upgrades are being done. The new wood floors were a wonderful surprise but kitchen and bathrooms are still worn and dated. We would stay there stay again.

Great location in Sea Pines, overlooking a pond with lots of wildlife including alligators. Comfortable accommodations with two full bathrooms. Furnishings were a little tired. Everything worked satisfactorily. Soundproofing seems pretty good - we didn't hear other dogs in the building except when we were out and about. It didn't really affect our stay, but we were surprised at the poor state of the building the condo is in.

Clean, orderly and entirely satisfactory accommodation in pleasant surroundings and in good location. Views of lagoon and golf course available, but not obtrusive. Quiet enclave,2 minutes to Harbour Town; 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike to Beach Club. Comfortable beds, sofa and chairs. Good lighting for reading in lounge, or working at dining room table. Internet via LAN. AC and Heating easily controlled. TV occasionally balky, and basic cable, but satisfactory. The only nuisance is the limitation on international telephone use. I enjoyed it all.
