We had a wonderful time in our Vacasa rental! We will definitely use Vacasa again. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Very dog friendly too! ❤️

We have been to Kiawah a few times now, but this was the first time in this unit. We loved the location. Short bike ride to the beach, but also walkable. The unit was clean and the rental company was very quick to respond to questions or requests via text. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We stayed for 3 nights in early Feb. The location was great With lots of places to go for walks and the ocean about 5 minutes away, the condo was also great. The furniture was in very good condition, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked. The only complaint was the appliance were a little old but this wasn’t important. The towels seemed brand new and not washed first which wasn’t great.

This is a great first floor unit that allows dogs. Everything as advertised and service from Vacasa was perfect! Definitely recommend renting from them for this unit and any of their others.

The inside of our unit was very nice and clean.We thought the bathrooms and kitchen were very dated and needed upgraded, especially the toilets. The were the old styles and should be ADA compliant w/17-19 inch seat heights. The outside porch look like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and we didn’t have a broom or anyway to sweep the floor or clean the screens and frames of cobwebs and dust. Everything else was nice and we had a very peaceful week. Jerry and Susan.

This was the first time we brought our dog. Was very disappointed in the carpet appearance. There were spots all over it. When we called about it we were told they could send someone out to clean it. But my thoughts on that is this should already be done. Don’t wait until someone complains. Also paid to have twin beds bolstered together and that was never done even after we ask again. Just very disappointed. We pay a lot of money to come to Kiawah for the condo and experience to be so bad

Even though the original unit I booked was changed by management week later it all turned out finez. Easy to book, fast check in, nice unit and roomy.

The villa we stayed in was very nice. Housekeeping should cut back on the deodorizer that they use. It was very overbearing. I have asthma and it caused me to have difficulty breathing until we could get the scent toned down, which took a day and a half. We were also disappointed in the choices of restaurants to eat at. Now we know why the grocery store was so crowded. The outside of Turtle Cove needs a lot of repair especially the stairs up to the villa. The stairs were dirty and dark, spider webs everywhere. It needs a good paint job (face lift). The door into the villa was dirty, dirty, dirty and very hard to get open. Needs repair and painting. There was no light during the day on the stairs to see your way up. There is no numbers on the doors to let you know which villa is yours. It was a guessing game. You were just suppose to know the number posted on the exterior of bldg. went to that door.
