The Silver Shells resort was very nice and enjoyable and we will definitely be back to the resort. Our unit was in need of maintenance work and could use some updating, but overall it was fine for as little as we were in the room.

This is the worst condo we have ever stayed in. Total disrepair in every area, hot water turned off, plugs don't work in every room. Very dirty in all areas. Vacasa tried to help but it is beyond what they can do. Unless a total update stay away from this unit!!!

Condo is old and failing apart. From the toilet never flushing properly, to the sink stains, tears in furniture, curtain hangers are broken in living room, crown molding coming off in some rooms, only one pool and hot tub. Hot tub stayed Luke warm. When we checked in they didn’t give us enough wristbands and no key card to get into building we had to get security to get us in and wait for staff to bring us key cards. Paid over 3,000 to stay in this place it’s not worth it at all

Location and view. Condominium needs some serious attention. Cleaning crew did a great job with what they have to work with. But that unit needs more than a cleaning. Carpets are very old and stained and they smell. The fridge does not cool well. We never had more than 2 minutes of hot water for any shower and their were just general maintenance issues that the owner needs to attend to. Overall the unit was cleaned well but I would t book it again unless it went through a complete overhaul.
