This three-level naturally light, bright home located in the heart of Malibu - with spectacular whitewater, ocean, and coastline views - exudes peaceful retreat energy with an expansive outdoor living space and inside spaces that seamlessly flow together. Hardwood floors throughout this 1500 sq. ft. three-level, three-bedroom, two-bath home set the foundation for its crisp, clean, essence - starting with the great room that welcomes you with a sweeping ocean view, lots of comfortable cluster seating, and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for your enjoyment. An ocean view window seat area flows from this living area into a view dining room for six and a well-furnished modern kitchen that has everything for you to create meals and snacks for your family or guests. Add the food and the fun, and enjoy time relaxing and reconnecting and recharging together. There is a separated private suite on the bottom floor and two bedrooms on the middle level with the Great Room on the top level. There is a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and one full (double) sofa bed in the living room, so this home comfortably sleeps eight in beds. There are two bathrooms - one with a shower/tub combination, and the second with a large walk-in shower. For your ultimate comfort, all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of quality linens.

Rented this house with other couples to attend a wedding of an old friend. We don’t get together often and this house was the perfect place to relax, have some drinks and catch up with an amazing view. We spent a lot of time on the top deck. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully done. The only beach access we found was a bit of a walk up the road but not too far. We struggled a little to cook in the kitchen because there were no cookie sheets and limited pans to put in the oven and no measuring cups. We got by and overall had such a great time. Gas station, liquor store and a walk up food stand within a short walking distance. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Plenty of room to find privacy with multiple deck spaces. Beautiful views. Working gas grill a great option for at home dining. Hot tub was clean, heated,and ready to enjoy!

If you’re there on a sunny day the view is lovely . You do hear PCH much more then the ocean. Beds are comfortable, so was the living room,nice place to hang and relax. Kind of crazy that there’s no bathroom on the first floor so you need to go down the stairs each time and the stairs are steep. There is also a small step to watch out for when you walk into the living area 3 of us tripped and fell on that little step. The heater is locked up so, when we arrived at 4:00 we had no access to heat called at 4:30 and 3 more times through the evening but no luck getting someone to unlock it until the next day. The bedrooms were warm enough that night but upstairs stayed cold. Over all we had a good trip Celebrating my moms 90th Bday. She was happy being by the ocean but the stairs were a killer.

Very nice view, only had few suggestion about the stairs are not friendly inside the house don't have any marking as the floor and stairs look similar, confusing the last step with floor on bedroom especially, also the door on the bathroom has less privacy, should have a closed door instated of swing door.

We stayed here for a long weekend with a few girlfriends - this is THE BEST LOCATION! Less than a mile from Duke’s Malibu, The Pier (Malibu Farm) and Moonshadows. Beautiful views off the numerous balconies as well. Would stay here again if/when come back to Malibu! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. This beautiful malibu home certainly met and exceeded our expectations!! You truly cannot beat the views from this porch. This is real find in Malibu - beautifully renovated - tasteful and contemporary design and decor. Multiple outdoor decks to choose from - you can easily spend your time on the top outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. We`d sit and have our coffee out there every morning. We loved the expansive views from where the house sits at the top of the road and you overlook a beautiful flowering tree in the backyard. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and great linens. Very centrally located to whatever you need in Malibu. Best deal in Malibu for a gorgeous contemporary getaway. We`d definitely stay again! We enjoyed 9 wonderful days & nights here! Walking the beach, eating great food & relaxing by the ocean! Highlights included breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen, happy hour & tacos at Duke`s, local hikes and being hypnotized by the Pacific! An easy drive to LA and Santa Monica -- and Venice & Manhattan Beach -- what a great spot. Enjoyed by adults & teens!
