This newly renovated mid-century 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1-story, 1421 sq. ft. home, in the Hillcrest/Mission Hills neighborhood beckons you to choose it - especially if you like being in a bit more urban setting close to shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to San Diego’s famous Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.

The interior is light and bright with southern exposure, and it has a sunny fenced in yard, so there is an attractive outdoor space with all the amenities you need to have fun outdoors - including a grill and comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing.

An inviting entrance, the beautiful home starts with a spacious great room featuring a living room area with lots of comfortable seating and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. This bright living room features a classic chic style with quick access to the front patio area makes indoor/outdoor living super easy.

A fully stocked kitchen, with a beautiful bay window, has all the appliances and everything else you need to create meals and snacks for those you are vacationing with. An inside table for 6 completes the great room so everyone can easily eat inside as they reconnect with one another.

There are 3 bedrooms in this home - a king master, which also has an office and seating area (perfect for working from home!), as well as a sleeper sofa. There are 2 queen beds in 1 bedroom, and 1 single queen bed in another bedroom, so this home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. There is also two full hallway bath - and all bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are always comfortable.
