Newly constructed in 2022, River's Edge Cottages is a quiet waterfront property where farmhouse meets luxury. Located along the spring-fed Pedernales River, you can launch a kayak or water float for an afternoon adventure. Explore the riverside walking trails carved out by local wildlife or just relax and enjoy the beautiful hill country setting while in a privately fenced hot tub!

Dotted with hammocks and swings, this waterfront oasis is bordered by ranches with photogenic horses, goats, sheep, donkeys, and llamas. Perfect for group gatherings, a large covered pavilion features comfy furnishings, a bathroom, and a backdrop wall for great social media photos. Firepits present the ideal spot for stargazing under big Texas skies.

The Mimosa, Verbena, and Primrose cottages are configured with a luxe private hot tub. The Mimosa and Paintbrush cottages have two bedrooms and a full kitchen, while the other cottages have one bedroom and a kitchenette (sink, full-size fridge, microwave, Keurig, countertop skillet, and toaster).

• The waterfront is accessible by somewhat-steep stairs and some areas have a fall risk, so access should be made with precautions. The riverbed has unknown sticks and rocks, etc., and swimming is at your own risk. There are no lifeguards.

• 4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
