Just two blocks from a large grocery store and many shops/restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the famed Larchmont Village, Hancock Park Manor will greet you with a lovely garden and natural privacy created by lush greenery leading up to the front door. Look across the street and you will see the Cunningham homestead from 'Happy Days!' Step inside, and the contemporary touches, high-end furnishings, high ceilings, and abundance of natural light will allow you to slip right into relaxation mode feeling right at home.
