It is sublime, lacking the dreaded traffic and business of nearby Tamarindo. There’s a great burger joint with vegan options across the street, an amazing breakfast brunch spot at Soulshine just a 3-minute walk, to name a couple. There are so many dining options, there’s a convenience market across the street as well. It’s not necessary to drive here but if you do Lolas Restaurant on the beach is only a 3-minute drive. There’s a larger local market which is a 4-minute drive and a much larger supermarket just a 14-minute drive. Tamarindo is a 20 minutes drive, Playa Negra is a 10 minutes drive and The Liberia Airport is an hour and 20 minutes drive.
