The unit itself was very good, nicely and tastefully decorated however the first two hours after arrival required a visit to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and to clean the entire suite. There were coffee grounds in the coffee pot from the previous renters, you could write your name in the dust on the stove hood fan. Grime on the front of the stove and fridge was disgusting. All dishes needed to be re-washed because of scum on them. We found the shower curtain in a scrub pail in the closet. We had to buy a curtain rod for it, which we donated to the unit. Had to purchase our own dish cloth and tea towel. An hour and a half of cleaning and we felt like we could sit and enjoy the unit. Internet coverage was poor and the router had to be re-booted hourly. Location and access to the beach was good.
Manager response:
We wish this guest had contacted us regarding the myriad of cleaning issues they encountered as we would have been happy to send housekeeping out to properly clean, stock, and prepare the home. We have followed-up with our team, and hope we have another chance to impress this guest. Thanks!

The windows in this unit make the place absolutely welcoming. Sunlight streams in and you feel like you are nestled in a tree house. Everything is decorated to reflect the Myrtle Beach area. The beds are cozy and I slept well. I loved that I was not directly on the beach, it made for a much quieter stay. However, I never felt that I had to travel far to enjoy all the wonderful things that Myrtle Beach offers. It was a wonderful value and I would definitely stay here again
