We had a great time in the house, perfect for our stay!

Outdoor and indoor living spaces were great.

This home is in a great location. There are hiking trails directly across from the house that lead to spectacular views of Morro Bay. We were also able to walk about 1.2 miles to the Embarcadero for breakfast, lunch, kyack rentals. The third bedroom was not a high rate for us, had what seemed to be a pull out futon, no dresser and limited closet space. One of the other bedrooms is fine for a couple, the third had room for four or five people. We only had two people so it was great for us, especially since there are two full baths. Overall, we were very satisfied. We visited relatives here and had plenty of room for entertaining all six of them. And again, the location was more than we imagined! Would definitely stay again.

Everything was clean close to a grocery store and gas stations and not far from the beach it was easy to call this place home for a few days

This was our very first VRBO experience. I was very nervous, traveling from out of state, and not knowing how the lock-box situation worked. There were no hiccups whatsoever. Smooth sailing from go. This was the perfect home for our week-long vacation. The photos and description accurately represent exactly what to expect of the house in terms of size, decor, ammenities, etc. Cozy and charming. Fit our family of 4 with plenty of extra space. As other reviewers have reported, the mattresses are not comfortable. But, unlike other reviewers, we were able to easily get the gas fireplace to work, you just have to know what you are doing. We hope to stay here again for future vacations. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience.

What a cute and cozy home that sleeps so many! We had a fun time here and it was a short drive into "downtown" Morro Bay and surrounding areas. Will definitely visit again!

Super cute house. We enjoyed a family gathering there. Plenty of room for all. Good location. They could invest in a good set of pots and pans.

The house was perfect for our 2 day stay where we were able to sleep 11 comfortably with plenty of seating during the day and evening for everyone the house was close enough to everything you would want to do in Morro Bay but also far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing also very clean and decorated in a way that you feel right at home and an added plus there were a lot of toys and games for the 4 kids we took overall our stay was relaxing and worry free I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This home was comfortable for our stay, with ample room for five kids to play and explore. The kids room was fantastic, with plenty of beds to choose from, a closets full of toys and books, and their own bathroom. We felt cozy and enjoyed the two living rooms and large kitchen. We had everything we needed, although the home is quite outdated with some old appliances and rather uncomfortable mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots/pans, drip coffee maker, oven, microwave, etc. We did not use any of the TVs, only internet which worked well. The deck with picnic table is really wonderful, feels quiet and private. Across the road are trails which are kid and dog friendly. Overall great stay!

Loved it all! Cute decor. Clean. Fairly accessible for one visitor w/ a cane. The house doesn’t seem to have central heat but all the space heaters were quite adequate. We hope the little gas fireplace works next time really enjoyed our stay. Thank you
Manager response:
We are so glad this guest enjoyed their stay! The home does have heat and we are currently working with the homeowner to make necessary repairs to the electric fireplace. It has been removed as an amenity during this process. We look forward to hosting this guest again soon!

Spacious, great location, and fun atmosphere with the patio

The house was a perfect size for 7 people. It was clean, nicely located, and had great ammenities. Morro Bay is a nice little town and SLO and Pismo are close enough to make a quick trip.

It was spacious and had everything we needed. The kids loved the toys and board games and sliding down the stairs.

Some of the lamps did not work and the stairs were a little steep for my mom who is elderly.
But it was close to downtown and grocery stores and the beach.

Loved this place. Just a word of warning, if some of the guests have any issues with stairs, this may not work for them. But if not, great place especially with kids.
