Hard to beat this house for spectacular ocean views and setting. Lots of forest/trees all around with birds singing everywhere.

House is nice though old. Floors have a lot of slope to them as the foundation has settled. That is no big deal though, still very nice place and clean.

Beach access is about 1/4 to 1/3 mile away, requires walking down a sleep slope of large basalt pebbles which can be tricky for anyone with limited mobility, but no problem for most people. At high tide the sand is all underwater, but at low tide the beach is great for strolling and very empty of people which is great. At high tide it is more difficult to walk along the shoreline. We walked down about a mile and found a resting seal pup in some rocks. Wonderful.
