This was a very nice one bedroom condo. Decor was nice, clean, and professional. Gas fireplace worked well and was a nice touch. Could have used some more detailed instructions on how to use the remote. The condo was clean and well kept and up to date. The kitchen was Well stocked, but we couldn't fine a cork screw even though there were wine glasses. Called Vacasa and the representative wasn't sure that was something the owner stocked. I assured them that was a common item. We received a corkscrew in our room the next day. The only issue was the soft bed and hard pillows. The vacasa representative said that the pillows provided are at the discretion of the owner and they had no control over that. I would request that a varying degree of firmness of pillows be stocked in the room. Otherwise it was a great condo! Ski locker, Sauna, Hot Tubs, and private underground parking, and in the heart of River Run Village!

This condo is in the unfortunate location of having a lot of heavy machinery and snow clearing equipment *right* outside the unit, so there is the constant noise of loud truck engines driving around and mechanical bobcats going back and forth, scraping the ground and then beeping as they reverse, back and forth, scrape, then beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, over and over and over, starting as early as 3:45 am some mornings. Even heavy duty earplugs didn't help. We asked to be moved but unfortunately they didn't have anything available in Keystone where we wanted to stay.

It's very unfortunate that Keystone has this equipment so close to a residential building, and that this particular condo is so close to it.

The unit was also not clean - the toilet seat was visibly grimy (eww!), one of the pillowcases was dirty, the floors were dirty, there were bits of food on the floor under the bed, the blinds for the sliding glass door were broken, the dishwasher had a broken rack, the garbage disposal splash guard was damaged and splashes you in the face, and the arm of the armchair was broken. Oh, and they don't have a toaster, which I would have thought was a very basic kitchen item.

This place is not worth what they charge.

Housekeeping has been reminded to be extremely thorough in their cleans, and maintenance will be handling the blinds, dishwasher, splash guard, and armchair. Thank you!

We enjoyed being in the middle of the resort easy access to restaurants, shopping, and a short walk to the Gondola.

I’ve stayed multiple times in Silver Mill. Although a bit outdated the condos are a perfect home away from home. Perfectly located all basic needs met. Look forward to more stays in silver mill or surrounding condos.

Nice, clean, modern 1 BR unit. I've stayed at Silver Mill at least 10 times the last 4 years and this unit was one of the better ones. Has hardwood floors instead of carpet like most units.

The condo was in a great location and met our needs for the trip. It was a little tight but we made it work. The kids really liked the sauna and enjoyed a few games of pool in the lobby. It was a reasonable walk to the lift / gondola which was fantastic. My only knock on the place is that the windows in the living room were drafty which wasn't good given the temps were negative 3 over night. The heater worked fine but turning it up too much caused the bedroom to get too hot so it was a bit of a balancing act to keep everyone comfortable. Other nice things about the condo were the coffee pot and complimentary coffee; the cooking supplies and the underground parking and the proximity to the shops and restaurants. All in all - it was a nice place and I'd stay there again.
