Featuring a spacious interior for entertaining, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and an enviable lakefront location, it has all the makings for an unforgettable vacation with your group of up to 10 guests!

Tucked into a quaint neighborhood off Highway 2, the home is conveniently situated for in-town activities or water-themed fun on Keeler Bay. Pair a fresh-baked pizza with local microbrews at McKee's Island Pub & Pizza (less than a half-mile south), pick up groceries and other home essentials at Island Beverage (less than a half-mile southwest), and plan to suntan on White's Beach (about three miles southwest).

Begin your vacation with some quality group time in the light-infused living area, where comfy seating centers around a gas fireplace with an above flatscreen TV. Pop some popcorn, pick out a movie from the DVD library, and gather for evening entertainment, or channel surf to find a favorite cable series.

Just beyond the room, head outside to take in the sweeping views. Survey the lake from the grassy backyard, and huddle around the outdoor firepit when the temperature is dropping.

Back inside, the open-concept kitchen welcomes homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner made on modern appliances, including two ovens. Store a bottle of wine in the wine rack, serve up appetizers on the kitchen island, and enjoy group meals at the eight-seat table nearby.

Afterward, catch up on some laundry using the washer/dryer, connect to the WiFi to plan tomorrow's adventures, then retire to bed.

Up to 10 guests are accommodated in four bedrooms split between two floors. The master suite features a king-size bed and a full bathroom, two guest bedrooms have queen-size beds, and a fourth bedroom offers twin-size beds that are perfect for your kids. There's even a sofabed for your last group member. Additional bedroom amenities include TVs and a walk-in shower in the master suite bathroom. You'll even find an upstairs office with a workspace.

Wake with the morning sunrise over Keeler Bay and head to the kitchen for a fresh-brewed cup of coffee. Fire up the griddle for some pancakes, then pack a lunch for a day hike at Grand Isle State Park (about two miles northeast). Wind around leafy country roads to Hacketts Orchard or Allenholm Farms for fresh produce, or swing by the Apple Island Marina to rent a watercraft for a day on the lake. During the winter, make sure to visit the snowy slopes at Smuggler's Notch (41 miles southeast), the closest ski resort to this home.

The home was large enough for two families to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the water. The large kitchen was perfect for several people to be in when preparing large family meals. We spent most of our days sitting on the grass by the water watching herons, bald eagles, geese, ducks and king fishers fishing on the water in front of the house. Keeler Bay is perfect for kayaking and fishing, which we did plenty of.
Sadly, the water level was too low in Lake Champlain this year to launch our motor boat at the neighboring boat launch, however the larger boat launch with docks is just a few miles down the road.
There should be instructions on how to work the TV, satelite and surround sound systems. Although we barely turned it on, we struggled to figure it out on the one day it rained during our vacation.
If you are an early bird, the sunrises on Keeler Bay were exceptional!

This was a great house for our family get together. A great kitchen for a few cooks to work together in.

House was one of only a few in area able to accommodate our 4 couples. Location and condition was very good.

The house has beautiful views east for sunrise. The furnishings are a bit dated, but things are clean and comfortable. The public boat launch was not a bother, but just something to be aware of. The back upstairs bedroom had a bed that I suspect was a full rather than queen. The pullout couch wasn't all that comfortable for our 9th and 10th visitors, but overall there was plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs front bathroom is amazing! Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Our family enjoyed being able to fish right out the back door every morning! Very comfortable feel to the home with beautiful views of the bay! We even saw a bald eagle! The public boat launch next door might bother some folks, but it was no problem at all for us as people moved in and out quickly and quietly

House is overall nice and in a great spot. We were not bothered much by the public launch right next door however it is a bit noisy in the early morning and you need to keep the windows open to get the breeze since there is no air. Bring kayaks and outdoor chairs unless they provide it next time. Keeler Bay is lovely and the house is close to store and the couple of food spots in town.
