first thing, the cabin is so small , the photos are not accurate .
they said it has 2 queen beds, but it have only one full bed very uncomfortable ,me and my wife walk up in the morning with a lot back and neck pain due the bad mattress and has 8 twin beds. ok . the shower is good but you need wait the water heater get the water warm if your family is big like mine 5p , dinner table so small too .
the neighbor saw me bringing my rifle for inside the house and said for me we dont need peoples like you here . well i said imma a hunting guy , dont worries im not a criminal .
the good things. hot tub is brand new and works fine ,the location is good and have grocery store around 11 min .

Please note: Our visit was during summer, therefore our impressions might not be applicable during other seasons. Also, we're retirees.

5 stars for... the shared spaces, overall cleanliness, functional kitchen, beautiful deck with view, functional electronics, and the home's ability to cool off at night.

4 stars for... having 1 1/2 baths. Shower excellent except for a really slippery tub. Only one shower may be a problem if 8 people are staying there, but there were only 5 of us.

3 stars for... the hot tub. Huge and beautiful (the 13 yr-old went snorkeling), with great jets and easy-to-move lid. The problem was it only worked once. After that, no power.

2 stars for... strange and inadequate dining table. We always ate outside, which isn't an option in the winter, and although guests can sit at the kitchen counter on stools, the counter is high and the stools are low. Also, possibly dangerous lighting in 2 of the bedrooms (both had freestanding lamps that were so hot within a minute or so that we turned them off and unplugged them). Lastly, no chair or nightstands in two of the bedrooms - just beds/bunkbeds even though there was plenty of space for a chair (not a big deal, but the beds are in frames, so sitting on them is pretty painful).

1 star for... those beds. For starters, the "queen" is only a double bed, and VERY comfortable, but it shouldn't be listed as a queen. All other beds are twins or bunkbeds and rock hard, along with accessibility issues with the three beds in the upstairs bedroom. In that bedroom there is a bunkbed with another twin abutting the lower bunk, so will fit 3 people. The top bunk has no ladder. And the mattresses are simply dropped into frames with the top bunk frame secured sideways against the wall, so it's not easy to climb down from the top bunk (no backboards or rails). You pretty much need to jump down onto the bed below you and hope you don't land on somebody. Not only that, but the lower bunks - in their frames - are set on a platform which is itself @ 18" high. There is a bench to help you get up onto the lower bunks, but it, too, is pretty high and a bit wobbly. Unsafe, and all three bunkmates must crawl in and out via that outside lower bunk. What fun!

In conclusion, I recommend this home for 5 or fewer people (the 13 yr-old LOVED the loft). The public spaces were really nice. The deck was wonderful. But bunk bed users may have a hard time sleeping. And if you're in the upstairs bedroom, good luck.
Manager response:
Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Maintenance is taking care of the bunk bed ladder, lighting, kitchen stools, and dining table. We hope to host you again!

When we booked this unit, there were no reviews. Risky, I know. Once it was too late, I saw the one star. I was hoping Vacasa would have fixed things, but no.
The hot tub was still green, stinky, and unusable. The refrigerator handle was broken (I fixed it - you’re welcome). The remotes for the fireplace and Sonos are missing and the TV remotes had no batteries (I fixed that too - thank you very much). And the smoke detector had no battery! Come on people. (Oh, I fixed that too.)
I emailed Vacasa the day we got there to report the problems. It's been 4 days. Still haven't heard back. The next day I called them. 35 MINUTES ON HOLD. Finally gave up.
Now I'm scared to ever use a Vacasa unit again. What a shame.

Very peaceful and lovely location, some features in the house already broken(fridge handle, bed frame upstairs, etc.). Overall, a great experience and would stay again
Rob R. Mar 2021
Loved the location and wood table benches!

Cleanliness was absolutely sub-standard and jacuzzi was a foul smelling cauldron of uselessness!!
