This home is located near a plethora of outdoor recreation, including biking, swimming, hiking, and skiing. Downtown Asheville is just a short drive away. Visit the Western North Carolina Nature Center, explore the Appalachian Trail, or take a scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The beautifully renovated interior offers modern amenities, including all new appliances and three TVs. Host a movie night in the welcoming living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, armchair, and a 54" TV. The sparkling kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a custom copper sink. For a change of pace, sizzle steaks on the gas grill for a delicious home-cooked meal. When it's time to eat, gather at the table together, or perch at the kitchen bar. • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• The water at this property can have a sulfur smell, and the water cooler water dispenser station is located in the kitchen along with replacement water jugs.
• This home is over 100 years old with original wood flooring and no barrier between floors. While this makes the cabin feel cozy, warm, and authentic, it also means that water that gets on the bathroom floor can drip down into the kitchen. Please keep this in mind as you enjoy the home.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
