BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms and a twin daybed with a twin trundle in the sunroom.
The primary suite features a California king bed, armchairs, and direct balcony access. Spa-like features of the en-suite bathroom include a deep bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The two full beds upstairs are genuine antique brass bed frames over 100 years old and they tend to creak some.
The third bedroom offers two full-size beds. A fourth bedroom holds a queen bed.
The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides additional convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
This property is filled with oak trees and is an example of what the California Central Coast oak woodland looks like, with approximately 3 acres at the back of the property being part of a landscape preserve. The 150 year old large oak tree by the back patio is a woodpecker granary and you may hear woodpeckers working on it if you're lucky. There is a deer trail located on the property and you may also see deer around the house.
The 7-acre parcel encourages outdoor exploration. Stroll among the trees or relax around the koi pond. Discover secluded sitting areas and unwind in the breeze.
The wraparound balcony is outfitted with several patio sets. Sit back with cold drinks and admire the view, which can be breathtaking at certain times of the day.
