The main level of the home offers a large open floor plan with a spacious living room, formal dining area, and a large fully equipped kitchen with an eat-up breakfast bar that seats four. The kitchen is well appointed with a stainless steel refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and the full gamut of gourmet cookware. The dining table right off the kitchen is perfect for family meals as it seats six comfortably.

The living room is equipped with cable TV and a DVD player as well as a library of books, DVDs and board games. An air-conditioned bedroom and a full bath are also located on the ground level. From this level, you and your loved ones will have direct access to a covered patio with a picnic table, seating area, two hammocks, and an outdoor dining area.

There are three additional bedrooms on the second level, all with en-suite baths, closets, and air conditioning for your comfort. Enjoy fantastic ocean and sunset views from the spacious main bedroom which has a comfortable sofa for relaxing and reading, as well as a five-piece main bath. The second-level balcony stretches the full length of the house and is shared with the second bedroom, here you will enjoy taking in the surrounding beauty and witness the amazing colors of the sun setting over the pacific ocean.
