• There is ongoing construction at the complex around this condo from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day until July 2024. There may be construction noise in the pool area, and a 4WD vehicle is recommended for condo access until then. To use the Hotel Tamarindo Diriá facilities it is recommended to drive, the street is very steep.
