Security camera details: There are five surveillance cameras on the property: Two are installed on the front of the home overlooking the parking area, one is on either side of the home looking toward the walkways, and one is in the back of the home overlooking the communal outdoor area (which includes the large outdoor dining table, grill, and firepit). All cameras can access two-way audio communication when they are being viewed live. They do not turn off, but do not record sound. The are not actively monitored 24/7.

I was so impressed when I opened up that front door! You can tell that the owners were very thoughtful in their renovations and design selection. Colors and patterns match very well in the kitchen and bathrooms that you feel like you’re at a designer’s house or 5 star resort. I like staying somewhere updated, clean and modern but the building is situated in a quaint beachy town. The walk to the beach is really spectacular and very short walk. It only takes minutes by foot to get to the beach. There was also a really neat nature trail right near the house that cuts across the town with ocean views. You get the best of both worlds when you stay at Isla Palma - the comforts and proximity to the beach and water with the sleek vibes when you head back home to your modern rooms.
