The home is single-story and offers three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a stunning bathroom, fully redone top-to-bottom. The well-appointed guest bedrooms each have queen-sized beds. For those who have to take the office with them, one of the guest bedrooms is equipped with a dedicated workspace, complete with desk and chair. You'll also find two tri-fold twin foam mattresses in the main and guest room closets.

The cozy living area includes a 55" TV and a fireplace to provide warmth and ambiance. The well-equipped, full kitchen boasts a variety of accessories including pots, pans, mixing bowls, silverware, wine glasses, dishes, and a blender. The dining table seats six and there are three counter stools at the kitchen island. For kids and adults alike, the garage has been converted into the ultimate game room with Ping-Pong, foosball, and darts. This is also where you will also find a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

Outside, there is a private, fully-fenced backyard with a large tree and plenty of sun and shade. You will also find a large conversation set with a wood-burning firepit. Wood is restocked by the owner periodically. If wood is not available at the house, it can be purchased down the street at the convenience store on the corner of Halcyon and Grand Ave. Guests can also enjoy the natural gas Weber grill for warm-weather cookouts.
