You'll be a couple blocks south of Bayshore Road, which is lined with shopping, dining, and all sorts of familiar conveniences. When it's time to get out and explore, head to Fort Myers Beach (22 miles south) or the sparkling shores of Sanibel Island (26 miles south).

However, you need not leave the property to experience the true beauty of South Florida. Take daily dips in the saltwater pool out back, relax poolside with a good book and a cold drink, and host nightly barbecues on the spacious, shaded patio.

Step inside to find a centrally air-conditioned living space that's cool, comfortable, and full of interesting accents. There are two living rooms to choose from, each with its own smart TV to stream your favorite movies.
