• Oregon Noise Ordinance is enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM (quiet hours). Please abide by the ordinance to avoid problems or complaints.
• Owners regret that there is no outside fire pit due to seasonal weather conditions and neighborhood concerns.
• This cabin has zonal heaters.
• Shoes are not allowed inside the home to reduce damage to the new floor.
• Please note that due to the nature of the home, we are unable to accommodate children under seven.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
