The view was lovely with lots of deck furniture to enjoy it. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook with. It was really clean.
Our disappointments were
1) strong smell of gas when using the stove and having to keep the window open when cooking
2) No instruction of how to use the upstairs streaming system. One of the remotes batteries were dead and the other were very low with a message actually on the TV screen. The volume would only go up to a certain point and would not go any further, possibly related to the remote, but not sure. We ended up using one of our own computers.
3) We found there was no cell service for a good part of the time we were there. I believe guests should be warned they might not be able to make or receive calls.

We had a small handfasting ceremony on the back deck & had a photographer there with us. It rained, there was mist in the mountains, the fall leaves just starting to turn. It's a truly beautiful view looking out towards the mountains! Old Salmon River Trail is less than 10 minutes away in the Mt Hood National Forest and provided an excellent location for our engagement photo session. The kitchen has a nice quality range and all the cookware you could want to use, but we wished there were more in-house spices to choose from to make food taste good. We could not get the hot tub to warm up after the 1st night and there were no instructions on how the settings worked so that was a bit confusing/disappointing, but overall this was a nice, romantic reservation.

We really liked this place. It's a 35 min drive from Mt Hood Meadows ski area (when roads are clear). Big south-facing windows and great afternoon sun on the deck. Despite other homes nearby, the main hanging out and outdoor areas are private and the views of the Salmon River hills are gorgeous. Would stay here again. We were just two people and didn't use the upstairs. It seems perfect for two or four.

Great spot with incredible view. We loved our time at this simple charming cabin with sauna and hot tub looking down a gorgeous misty river valley. Arrived in a foot of snow so the driveway was only passable with try off road 4x4 but the rest of the home was lovely with a secluded feel but only 5 minutes from town. Will happily stay here again

This cabin was *exactly* what I needed. Relaxing, comfortable, great amenities, beautiful views. The only thing holding it back from a five-star review is that it's a bit pricey (not necessarily overpriced for what it is, but still on the high end, especially for short stays) and there were some minor issues that I'm sure can be addressed (some instructions for AV & sauna would have been nice, kitchen cabinets are a little overstuffed). But really, I'm nitpicking here...this cabin is amazing.

This is a cozy, comfortable, homey little cabin with a beautiful view and an easily accessible location for whenever you want to escape into nature. I would definitely book it again. We had a couple snafus but they were handled swiftly and professionally by the great management staff.

I will start by saying the cabin, hot tub and sauna are awesome. Just know that the view of the neighbors junky car filled lot right next door leaves a lot to be desired and detracts from the feeling of getting out âinto the woods.â The owner should erect a fence to block the view. It was very distracting and made us not feel very safe. If I want to look at a yard filled with junk cars, Iâll stay in the city. Other than that, the cabin is as advertised.

Despite having neighbors with multiple cars right behind the house, it was quiet and peaceful. Back side of the house with its massive deck areas and hot tub were on a hillside and very private. Clean, comfortable home. Enjoyed the gas fireplace (especially the dog) and cozy living room, did not turn on a TV once during our stay. Beautiful sauna to relax in. Cooked many meals there, kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this super cute and cozy vacation home. The home was very clean and ready for new guests when we arrived. The home has a really great view, as shown in the pictures. The hot tub was well taken care of, we enjoyed it while gazing up at the stars, which was very cool without the light pollution from the city. I would definitely stay here again. Id suggest you bring a laptop if you want to stream tv, the home is equipped with an extensive dvd collection (which we thoroughly enjoyed) but streaming services are not accessible through the tvs, Wifi worked well though.

We went for snowboarding and it is close enough to the mnt. For a short drive. The house was clean and the hot tub was great, sauna was amazing. Loved every bit of it. There is ot much for cell service but you gave full wifi. So that helps, but it was a nice excuse!

We loved this home. The views are amazing and it felt ver private. We could hear the river off in the distance at night too which was just icing on the cake. The hot tub was immaculately cared for and the house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we could ask for though we didn't cook.
Highly recommend this house, we are planning on going back in the near future!

The cabin was so well stocked and furnished! We had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as extra linens. We loved having a hot tub, so nice! It even snowed a tiny bit we were sitting in the hot tub. One thing that wouldâve been helpful is a check out list with instructions on where to put trash, etc. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The cabin was gorgeous. The view was gorgeous. But that does not change the fact that the home was filthy.
The bedroom had puked cat food and cat litter in carpet, which I had to clean up. The pots and pans were filthy and had to be scrubbed before we could even cook. And when we went to bed, the white sheets had dirty paw prints on them.
So much for relaxing. It was just gross. Not ok.
Notified vacasa and was told they would help asap. Never heard back. Hunted them down again couple days later and they refunded some fees.
Not adequate for this unacceptable experience. :(

The hot tub and sauna were wonderful in the snow. The whole house smelled of fresh wood and was decorated beautifully. We would stay here any time!
