Great stay. Great location. Furniture needs to be improved and half the windows could not be open. Other then that a thumbs up.
Manager response:
We have sent your feedback to the local staff for further review. We appreciate you letting us know there is room for improvement and will work diligently with the homeowner to make any updates and repairs. We look forward to hosting you for your next vacation!

If you plan on staying all day in a room without a working fridge or freezer, without a coffee maker, without a working microwave, without a stove or oven, then please go. My young daughter and I had a difficult time as the “garage room” is amenable only for sleep. We threw out all food and had to eat out or not eat at all. In addition, no lake activities, no cable, sporadic internet (I could not do work on my firm computer), neighbor who would come look at our luggage uninvited and unannounced, need to read more … please watch a “film noire” movie and you would understand.

Lakefront relaxation. Just book it, you won't regret being at this wonderful location. Even a 90 degree day was comfrotable sitting in the shade with the lake breezes. Sunsets are absolutely stunning.

The accommodations couldn’t have been more perfect! The place was super clean and had everything you could need. The location can’t be beat, it was absolutely beautiful and private. Can’t wait to go back!!

My son and I spent 4 nights here. Beautiful property right on the lake. We enjoyed swimming, lounging, and skipping rocks. We went hiking in the nearby mountains and hills, and enjoyed meals in the nearby town of St. Albans. The room is nice with a queen bed and futon bed/couch. Clean with nice amenities.

Nice spot. Bed is uncomfortable and not queen size as stated on the listing. Could use some comfortable seating.

Clean & simple studio space with a great view of the lake over the well-maintained lawn. The rocky beach is a great place to relax or splash in the water with the kids. And the sunsets were phenomenal!

One of the best places we have stayed at

A large, new and comfortable suite! Wide window to look at Lake Chamberlain (direction sundown). Access to lake shore. Everything well maintained. Certain informations about access to the accommodation. Absolute recommendable!

I loved the area. We loved being near the water. The cute place i adored. I'd recommend this place very safe with those that are expecting. My husband and i would love to come back here again but this time with our little one.

All the amenities of the hotel room but more space and a location to die for. It’s a little hard to find at night but it’s worth it when you get there.

Beautifully situated right on Lake Champlain. The little apartment is above the owner's garage. Convenient to Champlain Islands. About 30 minutes to Burlington. Very clean space. The roads near this property have beautiful visits, cornfields, cows in the broad Champlain Valley.

Overall this rental was very clean and had anything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay, only issues I had was that the wifi was out of range so there was little to no connection in the residence. And also the entrance to the rental had a light above the entrance, which caused a swarm or bugs and Mosquitos to flock to the door naturally, a busted screen door had caused most of the swarm to hang out between the door and the screen, so you can't enter or exit at night without adding 50-100 new bugs into the studio

Wonderful time-great management!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake. The studio was super clean and had everything we needed. Some bonuses that were not mentioned in the description were that it had air conditioning, (window unit), a grill outside to use, kayaks, and lawn chairs to take in the sunsets. The studio is very tastefully decorated. The grounds are beautiful with a great lawn area and shade trees. If you enjoy taking a run, going for a walk or like bike riding, the road is good for that. A lot of people use the road for this, and it seems the local traffic is accommodating to the pedestrians.
We can not overstate how clean the studio was. The Keurig coffee maker was great for our morning wake-up cup of coffee. There is plenty of dinnerware for breakfast and cooking on the grill. There is not a stove in the studio, but it does have a microwave. In combination with the grill, it's all that is needed.
Only a 10 or 15 minute drive to the revitalized main street of St. Albans for some great shops and fantastic places for dinner and local brew. Some have live entertainment. The downtown is a great place for a stroll, it has a lot of charm.
We had the pleasure of meeting the property owner, Jim. He is very welcoming, pleasant, and enjoyed having a chat with him. Sorry we missed meeting his wife, Liz, as she was not there at the time.
To some it up, if you are considering this as a place to stay, I would not hesitate. We really enjoyed this place. I like to give honest reviews, good or bad, and I don't have a bad thing to say about my stay.
