Originally built by a coach of the U.S. Ski Team, this home has a storied history of housing athletes looking to relax! Guests of this home will be conveniently located near the Village at Squaw Valley, Tahoe City, and the pedestrian path connecting the two cities that guests can walk or bike. You'll feel like a champion soaking in the private, top-of-the-line hot tub set on the furnished patio. The wood-burning fireplace is a great spot to discuss the ski plans for the next day, as is the home's private sauna. Refuel at the open full kitchen equipped with full-size luxury appliances and an extra-long prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar that seats six guests. The entire upper home is framed by redwood ceilings, creating a lovely contemporary lodge atmosphere. Board games, a Blu-ray player, and an XBOX 360 are all provided for guest entertainment during their stay. If someone needs to finish up remote work or schooling, two furnished offices provide quiet spots to get things done. You'll have plenty of activities and adventures awaiting your visit, such as biking and terrific golf, with The Palisades at Squaw Valley less than two miles away, Alpine Meadows five miles south, and Lake Tahoe's Commons Beach just seven miles east. My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in July and we had a wonderful stay! The kitchen is well stocked w cooking utensils and pots/pans. The furniture was modern & new. The Olympic village is a short 3 minute drive & Tahoe City was a 10 min drive. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Gorgeous house with lots of bedrooms. You have to see it. We had everything we needed. Clean and nice decoration. lovely fancy kitchen.
Big balcony with lots of chairs and amazing hot tub. We had a great time with family. The communication with the manager was easy.

We will back again:)

Great place and location. Larger than expected with room for many guests. The neighbors are extremely kind and friendly. I would definitely look to rent this place if returning to the area.
