Slip into vacation mode and unwind in the tranquil surroundings of this quaint mountain home located in the Coosawattee River Resort east of Ellijay. Make plans to be present with your loved ones as you gather together in the home’s open-space living and dining area where you can relax, share stories, cook up meals together in the full kitchen, play games (downstairs there’s even Foosball and PacMan!), or watch favorite shows on the TV adjacent to the so-cozy fireplace.
There’s plenty to do within the resort - just minutes from the cabin - including fishing, swimming at three pools, a fitness center, and hiking through the mountains. When you are ready to explore even more of the area, there are outdoor activities for all - from boating, rafting, tubing, horseback riding, and even zip lining. A visit to charming Ellijay with its restaurants and eclectic shops will be a must-do on everyone's list.
Whether the nights are cool or warm, everyone will want to enjoy the beautiful wrap-around porch and deck, eventually making their way down to the fire pit to toast marshmallows and make s’mores, another day spent creating memories not soon forgotten.
The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.
The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.
