This two-level, air-conditioned home is full of North Georgia charm, from the walls, floors, and ceilings of natural wood to the generous windows that frame the riverfront setting. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a fully appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar to your left and a dining table with seating for six to your right. Straight ahead is the open living room with plush seating, a gas-powered fireplace, and a streaming-capable flatscreen TV mounted to the stone hearth.
But perhaps the heart of this home awaits outside on the wrap-around deck overlooking the river. There you'll find a gas grill, an outdoor dining space, cushioned seats and a porch swing for lounging, and even a bar counter for evening cocktails at the water's edge. Guests must register 48 hours before arrival or they will not be granted access to the resort.
The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.
The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.
