This is the largest house in Monteverde and Santa Elena and is located in a privileged area, right in the middle of the cloud forest but also close to great restaurants and convenience stores. The main forest reserves of the area are very close and you can even reach some of them by walking from private trails from the same property. It is common to see hundreds of birds and many mammals such as sloths, howler monkeys, white-faced monkeys, raccoons, coatis, armadillos, agoutis, squirrels, hammers, and a variety of hummingbirds and bats. The different balconies of the house are ideal to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and relax listening to the wind, the rain, or the sounds of the forest. Spread out in the comfortable living room area, enjoy your favorite TV shows or movies, and take delight in a fun-filled afternoon.
