If you’re making the switch
If you switch to Vacasa from another vacation rental management company, we guarantee you’ll make at least $5,000 more than you did the previous year. If we fail to deliver, we’ll refund the difference, up to the full amount of our management fee.

If you’re managing your own property
If you’re currently managing your own vacation rental, we guarantee you’ll work less and make just as much with Vacasa—even after our management fee. If not, we’ll pay you the difference, up to the full amount of the fee.

The Vacasa guarantee is not intended to solicit the breach of an existing vacation rental management agreement.

  • To qualify for the $5,000 guarantee, your home must have been managed by another vacation rental management company for at least a year, and the total net annual revenue must be $20,000 or greater.
  • In order to qualify for either guarantee, you'll need to provide documentation of your home's rental history for the past 12 months. To qualify, we must receive this information within 30 days of contract sign date of your Vacation Rental Services Agreement.
