This home is located on the southern coast of Maine, you'll be just a short walk away from the shores of Ogunquit Beach, one mile from Moody Beach, three miles from downtown Wells, with its famed antique stores, and two miles from the town of Ogunquit.

  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • An additional $75 resort fee applies.
  • The pool will open this summer from mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting.
  • Kayak dock and launch available. (Guests must provide their own kayaks, lifejackets, and additional equipment.)
    • No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
    • This rental is located on floor 3.
    • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
    • Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
