A community lake access area, Adventure Sports Center International, Funland, a supermarket, and a number of restaurants are all within two miles. Deep Creek Lake State Park is also an easy, nine-mile drive southeast.

One of the special features of this home is the view of the mountains, the treetops, and Deep Creek Lake itself from one side of the property. It's a scene you can take in as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony or light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue on the patio.
