Lovely modern house w/ balcony in a quiet neighborhood - perfect for day trips!

Everything you dream of doing in Belize will be possible with a stay at this three-bedroom home in San Ignacio. Offering lovely aesthetics and modern furnishings, up to seven guests will make some memories here!

Sitting in a convenient location in the center of the country, you'll have the beaches, forests, and Mayan ruins within reach for amazing day trips. When you return, you can expect a quiet atmosphere with security and conveniences nearby. This house sits on the south side of the city, giving it a quieter location while still being close to everything.

This villa is made up of a two-bedroom main section on the upper level, plus a one-bedroom apartment section on the ground floor. By renting both together, you will have enough space for everyone while still maintaining privacy.

The house itself features natural wooden accents and open spaces with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Relax on the couch or armchairs in the living room and have a conversation over coffee, or sit in wicker chairs around the table for a fun game of cards.

An open kitchen will have you cooking up delicious meals in no time, with all the essentials you'd find at home (please note there is no dishwasher), plus extras like a mixer and coffeemaker. Four will fit around one table in this room, while four more will fit around the table in another room.

There are a couple of flatscreen cable TVs to keep you entertained after long days exploring. Pick out a VHS from the collection or plan your upcoming days with the in-home WiFi (bandwidth is limited - please no streaming).

Step outside onto the large balcony to get some fresh air and look out on the beautiful countryside from comfortable patio furniture. A lush garden is a great place to relax and spin on the tire swing.

With a total of three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, up to seven guests will sleep comfortably here. All three rooms offer a double bed with A/C, and one even boasts a calm, tropical design on the walls. There's also a private washer/dryer lets you take care of any laundry.

This house is perfect for a family or couples who want to explore all of Belize without packing up their bags every night - the central location is only two hours from all the best tourist destinations! Go on a rainforest tour to tube through an underground cave and see extraordinary wildlife, or trek through the jungle to see an awe-inspiring Mayan ruin such as Xunantunich.

If it's beaches you seek, those aren't far either - Dangriga and Hopkins both have picturesque stretches of sand where you can soak up sun rays and cool off in tropical water, or you could drive down to the especially scenic Placencia Peninsula. Take a boat out to Caye Caulker and go scuba diving or snorkeling at the Belize Barrier Reef for an unforgettable experience, or wade knee-deep on the vast sandbar and fly fish in the middle of the ocean.

Whatever you imagine doing in Belize, you'll be able to do it all here - book today!

Cannot say enough great things about Villa Maya! It is a beautiful house and spotless. We enjoyed our stay there while in San Ignacio and would definitely stay there again!

This is a gorgeous home - the wood furnishings and accents, and the murals all came together for a lovely place to stay. The air conditioning worked very well, as did the television and kitchen appliances. This property is well located for easy access to all of San Ignacio; however, if you didn't have a car it may be difficult to access. I think in general San Ignacio is made much more convenient by renting a car. It is difficult to find, so if you can arrange for them to meet you there when you arrive that can be very helpful (we probably wouldn't have found it if she hadn't flagged us down). Would definitely recommend this property and would go back if I ever found myself in San Ignacio again!

This house worked out great for a family gathering of five adults! The only way to locate it is with GPS coordinates, which you can do on Google maps. It is the middle of a neighborhood and felt very safe. It is not too far from town, but we were very glad that we had a car. It is a spacious home with a washer and dryer. The management team is very responsive. We did have the water go off for a few hours. We heard that the water and electricity frequently go off for a few hours in this area until they can be repaired by the utility company.

Everything went great with our stay in San Ignacio. Sheldon was the perfect host. He had answered to all
Our questions. Will definitely recommend to others visiting Belize!

We were very happy with the house...very spacious and comfortable, nothing lacking. More than enough room for our family group of five. We cooked most dinners in, explored during the day, and this was a perfect home base for our time in San Ignacio. The house is on a large, fenced lot lot with nice landscaping, on the outskirts of SI. Nice quiet neighborhood, except on New Years Eve!

This is a nice place with a good security fence and locking gate in what appears to be a nice neighborhood. If you rent both the upper and lower levels, you have three bedrooms and baths. The veranda is very nice with views of the city. The one neighbor does like to play the music early in the morning - suspecting while getting ready for work - didn't bother us too much. There are no items left from previous visitors so plan on bringing everything you need from coffee and filters to spices for cooking.

Our family stayed at Villa Maya for a week. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids. It is a lovely house and has a great location for heading out to the many activities available in the Cayo.

it's really a nice house with a very competitive price for a group. You have everything that you need to a wonderful price. The area is one of the safest in S.Ignacio, and the privacy is total

Beautiful, quiet location with blooming flowers, hummingbirds, song birds, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Very sparsely equipped kitchen, but the home is squeaky clean and comfortable.

Booked without knowing if it would be a good call as no reviews had been posted. Great find. The house was huge and very clean. We had clean linen and towels and there was also a washer and dryer we were able to use after arriving from a day caving at ATM cave. Mr. Arnold was very helpful and answered our calls promptly when arriving at San Ignacio and sent Ms. Garcia to take us to the house when we got lost. Huge kitchen as well w/ all necessary pots/pans and utensils as well as microwave. Rooms also were air conditioned. All in all, it was great to have found this place and made our vacation excellent. Thank you!
