In this quiet neighborhood of Lincoln City, you can head over to the Grace Hammond Beach Access a quarter-mile west to find long stretches of sandy beach to explore in either direction. You'll also be close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and sources of entertainment. Take a short drive three miles south to shop at the Lincoln City Outlets, or visit the Chinook Winds Casino less than a mile north, where you can even get in a round of golf.

Inside, this home includes a game room with a foosball table, as well as a separate studio with its own bathroom that creates an ideal setup for multiple or extended families.
