Guests have access to the entire condo, the private balcony, and the shared seasonal hot tub and coin laundry on the property. Self check-in is available via a smart lock keypad, and detailed instructions are provided prior to arrival. Unassigned parking is provided for 1 vehicle in the Sierra del Sol lot. In ski season, a parking pass (provided in the unit) must be displayed. Oversized vans, Sprinter vans, and RVs cannot be accommodated in the lot and must use the Taos Ski Valley parking area.

In summer, the area is a basecamp for hiking, fishing, and cool mountain air, with the Wheeler Peak trail less than three miles away. A vehicle is recommended to reach Taos Ski Valley and explore the area. The village, lifts, and dining are within walking distance of the condo. Parking is limited to one vehicle, and oversized vans and RVs must use the Taos Ski Valley parking lot. Cell service can be unreliable during peak season, so please plan accordingly.
