We stayed at Wren 202 over Spring Break 2023. It was an excellent accommodation for our family of three. The communication after booking and being able to access the condo was perfect. The location is very near the slopes with the Bear and Antelope shuttle stops just a few steps from the condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you would need to cook. There is a stove top, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The pantry was already stocked with flour, sugar, salt, pepper and few other seasonings. Plenty of skillets, pots/pans, plates, bowls, glasses and silverware. There is also a coffee pot and Keurig to get your morning caffeine. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee at the patio table on the balcony. Wifi worked great. The living room has a gas fireplace. We did not use it because the temps were not low enough to justify starting it up but it would be cozy on a chilly winter evening. The living room is also stocked with a couple board games, books, a deck of cards and CD collection for music. We really appreciated the option to stream Netflix. The sofa makes out into a full size bed. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels, soap and toilet paper. It is also stocked with a hair dryer. The master bedroom had a very comfortable queen bed with plenty of bedding and pillows. There is a full size dresser, two night stands and large closet. There is also a tv in the bedroom in addition to the living room tv which was nice to be able to have two options. We were pleasantly surprised that there is a ski locker at the entrance to the condo where you can lock up your skis and poles instead of carrying them up to the condo. The locker easily held our three sets of skis and poles. Our stay was excellent and we would certainly recommend and stay again!

Lovely, clean home great for 3 couples. Everything was as expected. Highly recommend and would stay again. Appreciated they had decent glassware, comfortable beds, and extra towels for the hot tub.

This house was in a great location and had everything we could possibly need to entertain the group. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and making dinners for the group at home. There was lots of room for us all to enjoy my birthday weekend. We also loved eating at Orlando’s. Art gazing in the square. Massages and soaking at the Ojo Caliente Hot Springs and Spa. Snowboarding and festivities at Taos Ski Village. We hope to comeback in the summer and see what the gardens look like. Thank you for everything ❤️

Find New Mexico vacation rentals and cabins

With a state motto like “The Land of Enchantment,” it’s hard to go wrong in magical New Mexico. Red dirt, rugged forests, otherworldly dune landscapes, pristine ski runs, and so much more await New Mexico visitors. None of this is new to the state’s residents. The Taos Pueblo, for instance, has been inhabited for over one thousand years. However, with one of the lowest population densities in the United States (44th, with only 17 people per square mile on average), one might say there’s more than enough New Mexico to go around. Come see what it’s all about—we offer New Mexico vacation rentals for every taste.

Skiing in New Mexico

During the winter, New Mexico transforms into a skier’s paradise. Destinations like Angel Fire are known by locals and visitors alike as low-key alternatives to the crowded resort towns of other states. With over 80 trails, Angel Fire Resort offers some of the finest skiing in the country. Plus, there are plenty of options for advanced skiers, like night skiing and terrain parks. For beginners, you’ll find tons of lessons, easy slopes, and, of course, cafes and in-town diversions if you decide that skiing really isn’t for you. It’s all possible from the comfort of your New Mexico cabin rental.

National forests in New Mexico

Summer visitors to our New Mexico cabin rentals are rewarded with the state’s bounty of national forests. Take advantage of the mountains’ mild summer climate and hike in the Carson National Forest, the southernmost portion of the Rocky Mountains. The layered red stone of the Echo Amphitheatre is a must-see, and Eagle Rock Lake makes a delightful destination for fishing enthusiasts. The sprawling Lincoln National Forest and wild Cibola National Forest are further proof that New Mexico is the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Whether you’re visiting the Land of Enchantment to find yourself on the trails or give the kids a proper ski education, you won’t be disappointed in what this beautiful state has to offer. Settle into your New Mexico vacation rental and let the adventure begin!
