“Access to the beach requires using a private staircase over a sand dune.

- NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $30/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pool heat is only available to add from May 1st-October 31st due to weather. The pool heat has a threshold and turns off once the pool is at a specific temperature. The pool heat fee must be paid 3 days in advance of check-in in order for the pool to have time to heat up

- NOTE: Heating the pool requires the ambient temperature to be above 55 degrees because it has an automatic shut-off if the temperature goes below that

- NOTE: Unfortunately, any items left behind cannot be returned. Please ensure you bring all of your belongings with you when you leave
