Conveniently located less than half a mile from Cape Cod Bagel and the paved Sea to Shining Sea Bike trail that runs 10.7 miles from Woods Hole to Buzzards Bay, within a mile of downtown Falmouth, and just two miles away from Falmouth Heights Beach and Surf Drive Beach, this magical retreat is the perfect home base for all your next adventures. Enjoy being located in a quiet area close to restaurants, parks, and great local attractions that include Goodwill Park, Beebe Woods trails, Falmouth Town Beach, College Light Opera Company, Beebe Woods, The Knob, Spohr Gardens, and Woods Hole Science Aquarium.

As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a bright living room where you and your loved ones can easily spread out and enjoy each other's company. Watch fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services or break out any of the provided games for an entertaining evening at home.
