The stay was nice and clean. We had everything we needed and restaurants and markets where near by. The rental had boogies bored and snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. Seriously anything u need. The neighbor below played music every morning while getting ready for work (5am) which wasn’t the greatest but we planned a lot of adventures in the morning anyways. Past that it was a great stay. Would book again. ❤️

This unit was so cute! You can tell the owners put their love into it. Joey with Vacasa was quick with his response time and very helpful. The location is prime! The clean was sparkling too!

This home was a good size for what we needed. Perfect walking distance to a small beach and to downtown Kona. Good appliances and the washer and dryer were great to have in the unit.

We had a lovely 5-night stay at the Kona Mansions! The place is located on one of the main highways into and out of Kona. It’s also just a few minutes walk from Honl Beach - a small white sand beach with gorgeous sunsets. Inside, the unit was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for cooking and laundry. We didn’t have beach gear, so it was nice to have the umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards available for use. The Vacasa staff also went above and beyond to attend to our needs and ensure we were satisfied with our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future. If you are considering booking this place, do it - you’ll be glad you did!

My travel partner and I were both impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the apartment! The space is even bigger than it looks in the photographs. Very comfortable bed and nice appliances. The only thing we were missing was having more natural light coming into the apartment. Most of the windows had wooden blinds on the outside of the screen, which we were not able to open. However, we loved everything else and being able to walk easily into town and down to the water was fabulous!
