During the summer, guests of this condo will be close to extensive hiking and mountain bike trail systems in the Sun Valley area and premier fly fishing. That's in addition to the updated shared pool, hot tub, tennis amenities, and pickleball court - all available for guest use. This complex's park-like setting is sure to set the tone for good times.

Valley Gem Upper may be rented with Valley Gem Lower as Valley Gem (Entire Home) to accommodate seven (7) people (MAX).

THINGS TO KNOW

• Bus to slope.
• A 4x4 may be required to reach this condo in winter.
• You are not allowed to park trailers or RVs, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 2.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
