Parking Notes: Your vehicle(s) will need to be registered with the Bay Point HOA. You will need to provide: car/make/model/color & license plate number. Any unauthorized vehicle onsite may be towed. One Bedroom vacation condominium are allowed one parking space, and two and three Bedroom vacation condominiums are allowed two parking spaces. Additional cars can be parked adjacent to the Bay Point Office. Due to the limited parking onsite, it is very important that these parking restrictions be followed. No trailer parking is allowed on Bay Point property at any time due to the limited parking available this includes Bay Point Drive. Failure to comply will result in removal or impounding at the owner's expense. ***There will be a vehicle registration form located in your condo for you to fill out when you arrive. Place it in the silver mailbox located outside the common building (gameroom) on the wall next to the HOA office. During the winter the HOA manager at the condos have snow removed on daily basis when snowfall is abundant. Maintenance staff starts snow removal at 8am. To assist with removing snow in parking area around your condo, please move your vehicles to a plowed location onsite when you hear the snow plow in the mornings. If you need to leave your vehicle all day and are not onsite while plowing is being done, please park your vehicle in the common building parking area in front of or behind the building.
Dock Details: All boats, trailers & personal watercraft on Bay Point property must be registered with the Bay Point Homeowners Association before launching. Boat slips will be assigned upon completing the registration. Please use only the boat slip assigned to you. All boats & personal watercraft must be secured in a boat slip at night. For safety no boats or watercraft are allowed to be left overnight tied to the day docks for any reason. All boats & watercraft must be secured for the night in the assigned boat slip.

The location is fantastic as are the views. However, the carpeting is in desperate need of shampooing, as are the chairs and pillows in the living room.

Great view. Nice deck furniture, better than picture. Outdoor is clean. The carpeting is badly stained/dirty. Either replace or clean it. Vertical drapes for sliding door wall...the cord is broken and laying on floor, can’t close drapes. Floor lamp in bedroom..can’t turn it on as switch is broken. Fix or replace it. Handle fell off bathroom door, replace chipped dish ware. Not sanitary.

We booked this spot primarily because of the listed amenities: pool, hot tub, and game room. The pool and hot tub were closed our entire stay, and the property manager was unavailable. I spent 3 hours on hold trying to talk to Vacasa, and emailed them twice. VRBO also emailed them. No response, whatsoever. Every item in the game room was broken and unusable. Adjacent guests smoked pot nonstop, but no property manager was available to address the issue. At least the unit was clean. Wish we would have stayed at a hotel.

I loved the location of the place and the views for sure. It was definitely gorgeous, clean, quiet and relaxing. A few things that I did not understand/like was that it is dog friendly, so I brought my dog and then when I got there dogs were NOT allowed on the beach in front of the place. I found that quite frustrating coming from someone who has a well behaved dog, and who I pick up after. Also, there were no dish rags, only 2 toilet paper rolls (one soaked with toilet bowl cleaner I am guessing which was gross) and only 2 garbage bags which for 4 people, for a week was a challenge lol. Anyways, other than that we had an excellent stay, we love Montana and would recommend to people as long as you don't want your dog on the beach.

This condo at Bay Point Dr was the perfect little set-back spot for our 4-day stay. It's right on the water (walk down to your own private beach and dock) but also MINUTES from the main town of Whitefish. We were there for a wedding at the Lodge at Whitefish which was a mile away. This spot was the perfect location, size, and setting for us. Will definitely try to return!

Bay Point Lakefront was a enjoyable place to stay. It was walking distance from town but yet vey secluded and quiet. The lake was gorgeous. Every evening after hiking loved relaxing and sitting on the private secluded deck.

This condo was perfect for us two. The mountains and lake we're beautiful. Easy access to city, ski mountain and hiking trails. Big plus....we missed our train and the rental company was so great in coordinating an another day to our stay. Whitefish is a wonderful and perfectly located place from which to enjoy a range of activities in the area. I was able to do everything I had planned to do. The town itself has great pubs and restaurants. The property was conveniently located relative to downtown, nicely positioned on Whitefish Lake and had a great view of the lake. The property is in a great location. It has beautiful mountain and lake views and is a easy walk to downtown. The unit was clean and well equipped. The walls are thin but I would stay here again.
