With a private dock and two kayaks provided, you can access the entire Eagle River-Three Lakes Chain of 28 Lakes via water from this lovely piece of property.

This riverfront home is a great base for boating enthusiasts, with a public boat launch half a mile away and space for one boat at the dock. You can even get to the town of Eagle River by boat, stopping at Cranberry Island Park, Boat Sport Marina, Lake Forest Resort, White Spruce Inn, and Riverview Park along the way.

The house itself is full of classic Northwoods ambience, from the details of natural wood to the generous windows that frame the surrounding trees.
