There is plenty of space for the whole family to spread out with two living areas and a spacious deck looking out over the water. Overlooking the water, the deck is perfect for entertaining and expands across the entire back of the home with plenty of seating, large table, and a grill for outdoor dining or visiting with friends. The front yard is large and perfect for lawn games. There is also a dock and sandy beach on property with one boat slip available that will accommodate up to a 24 ft boat. The clear waters and mild waves allow for plenty of swimming and fishing right from the dock.

A true highlight of the home is the basement game room that features a sectional and TV, shuffleboard table, cards, puzzles, and board games. It’s the perfect place to retreat to when the weather is colder.
