Great Location, plenty of room for the family, nice place to stay

We choose this home due to its proximity to our friend’s family home and because it was pet friendly. It was just what we needed. It was much bigger than I was anticipating based on pictures. It was very clean and the outside was well kept. The kitchen was well stocked and the combined kitchen and living areas made a perfect area for gathering. It was really hot while we were there so we didn’t use the fire pit or screened porch, but I could definitely see going back in the cooler months to this same house. The bathrooms are the only thing I would offer caution about to a diva traveler. There’s no en suite and they felt a little like a campground bathroom. However, they were clean and because we love to camp we were totally fine. Also, if you want to watch TV pack DVDs or a ROKU/Firestick. Our family loved this cozy cottage and we will definitely stay again!!

I absolutely enjoyed my time with my family staying here. If you are on the fence about booking this place just do it you will not be disappointed. Everything about this place is charming from the outside to the inside. The location was great! You can reach all shops and main pier area in less than ten minutes walking. We absolutely loved that this place has multiple beach access areas within a short distance that we previously had no idea about on our previous stays on Tybee. This place is very spacious and has room for the whole family. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking just about any meals you might want and the outdoor grill was great too! The bedrooms were clean and super comfy, two of the rooms have tvs and the other two do not. The kids enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. It was great to find big bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower even though we brought our own. The outdoor shower was a plus for washing off after being at the beach and it even has hot water which was great! I really do not have anything negative to say about this place, other than the outdoor area could have been a little cleaner but all in all I give this place five stars!!
