You can request vacation rental maintenance services through your homeowner account. Simply submit a short description of the issue and your local property manager will do the rest, from coordinating with the best local providers to scheduling a good time for the repairs to be made. So the next time you arrive at your home, your visit can be all play and no work.
Our full-service vacation rental management includes a dedicated local property manager, who’s your eyes and ears on the ground. You can easily access their contact information when you need it from your homeowner account. This section also has a quick link to your Vacasa.com listing, which you’re free to view as often as you like.

At Vacasa, we pay our homeowners on a monthly basis. From their private Vacasa owner account, they can view statements from the previous month’s business and track their home’s performance in real time.
Homeowners may choose their preferred payment method, either by direct deposit or by check. And should they have any questions about their monthly statement, our owners can reach out to our knowledgeable Account Support team for answers.
