Sure, full-service vacation rental management covers the indispensable stuff like marketing and housekeeping. But isn’t it also important for you to enjoy your vacation home?
At Vacasa, we know that the money you earn renting your vacation home is only one part of its value. So we’ve made it simple to stay in the loop about what’s going on at your home, compare performance month-by-month and year-by-year, request maintenance, and—yes—reserve days just for you and your loved ones.
Got five minutes to spare? Start with this video walkthrough of the online account with our Senior Director of Product Management, Subechya Person.
Your account is your Vacasa home base, with everything you need to keep tabs on your vacation rental. After you’ve signed on with Vacasa, you’ll receive an email inviting you to log in to your homeowner account (and if you’re already a Vacasa homeowner, log in here). From there, you can access the following info:
Use your vacation rental calendar to reserve your own vacation time and review upcoming guest reservations. Note that for guest privacy, we only display the guest’s first name, last initial, and number of guests.
See how your home is doing in real time with our dynamic revenue viewer. You can easily access your home’s financial outlook and compare your performance by month and year in one simple chart.
View, download, and print your monthly statements from this part of your account. And if you manage more than one home with us, you can see the income and expenses for each of them, all in one place.
Have a window that sticks? Is your dishwasher on its last legs? The fix is just a few clicks away.
You can request vacation rental maintenance services through your homeowner account. Simply submit a short description of the issue and your local property manager will do the rest, from coordinating with the best local providers to scheduling a good time for the repairs to be made. So the next time you arrive at your home, your visit can be all play and no work.
Our full-service vacation rental management includes a dedicated local property manager, who’s your eyes and ears on the ground. You can easily access their contact information when you need it from your homeowner account. This section also has a quick link to your Vacasa.com listing, which you’re free to view as often as you like.
Update your taxpayer information (W-9 or W-8) and get your tax preparation forms (usually 1099-MISC or 1042-S). You can also get your year-end rental data in a downloadable .xls, with your income, expenses, and repairs categorized to make tax time a little easier.
Personalize how you get paid by signing up for direct deposit. (It helps you get your profits faster!)
Managing a successful vacation rental has never been easier (or more hands-off).

At Vacasa, we pay our homeowners on a monthly basis. From their private Vacasa owner account, they can view statements from the previous month’s business and track their home’s performance in real time.
Homeowners may choose their preferred payment method, either by direct deposit or by check. And should they have any questions about their monthly statement, our owners can reach out to our knowledgeable Account Support team for answers.
We might be a little biased, but we believe that vacation rentals are an excellent investment in both a financial and personal sense. (Stocks are nice, but a beach house retreat that pays you? That’s better.)
Call 866-668-4282 to speak with a Homeowner Consultant, who can answer preliminary questions and see if we’d be a good fit for you.
If you'd like to move forward, we’ll put you in touch with our market expert in your neighborhood to explore the financial potential of your home, outline our management fee, and introduce your local team.
