Meet the essential Vacasa homeowner account

Overseeing your vacation rental calendar and finances just got easier.

Sure, full-service vacation rental management covers the indispensable stuff like marketing and housekeeping. But isn’t it also important for you to enjoy your vacation home?

At Vacasa, we know that the money you earn renting your vacation home is only one part of its value. So we’ve made it simple to stay in the loop about what’s going on at your home, compare performance month-by-month and year-by-year, request maintenance, and—yes—reserve days just for you and your loved ones.

Got five minutes to spare? Start with this video walkthrough of the online account with our Senior Director of Product Management, Subechya Person.

Your account is your Vacasa home base, with everything you need to keep tabs on your vacation rental. From there, you can access the following info:

Use your vacation rental calendar to reserve your own vacation time and review upcoming guest reservations. Note that for guest privacy, we only display the guest’s first name, last initial, and number of guests.

Have a window that sticks? Is your dishwasher on its last legs? The fix is just a few clicks away.

You can request vacation rental maintenance services through your homeowner account. Simply submit a short description of the issue and your local property manager will do the rest, from coordinating with the best local providers to scheduling a good time for the repairs to be made. So the next time you arrive at your home, your visit can be all play and no work.

Vacasa homeowner account FAQ

At Vacasa, we pay our homeowners on a monthly basis. From their private Vacasa owner account, they can view statements from the previous month’s business and track their home’s performance in real time.

Homeowners may choose their preferred payment method, either by direct deposit or by check. And should they have any questions about their monthly statement, our owners can reach out to our knowledgeable Account Support team for answers.

We don’t have a flat rate—after all, it wouldn’t necessarily be fair to charge the owner of a Colorado cabin the same rate as the owner of a beachfront bungalow in San Diego. Learn more about how we create customized fees, or contact us to get a customized management proposal.

We might be a little biased, but we believe that vacation rentals are an excellent investment in both a financial and personal sense. (Stocks are nice, but a beach house retreat that pays you? That’s better.)
