The fireplace wasn't working, but Vacasa was quick and friendly in trying to resolve the issue. It will probably be fixed by the time you book it.
Anyways I didn't care because this on the 4th floor and I can walk down the hallway and have access to ridge/snow, telus, bullet, & black forrest.
It also had an amazing view, and it was quiet.
Room for improvement:
-The hot tub cover should ideally have a mount.
-The deck is currently covered in ice, and is kind of sketchy.
All minor stuff that didn't phase me too much, but might bother others.

The view from this unit was truly spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub looking out over the mountains was just a great experience. The unit has a great floor plan and is perfect for a family. Highly recommend both the unit and the resort.

Great ski in and out, worked fine getting into and out of the village using the shuttle The condo was great for our family. Only cons, need more kitchen towels\dish rags and a baggage cart would be nice to help get all our bags from the parking to 4th floor.

We found the unit perfect for our stay - it was very clean, with a warm & homely feel, modern furnishings, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds & two modern bathrooms.It was also a quiet building when we were there, so not too much noise from other guests at all.The location was also terrific, especially with the ski in/out access on our floor.The village courtesy shuttle also stopped at the front of our building, which made it easy to get to & from the village at night for dinner.The hot tub was so good to have at the end of a day's skiing & the corner position of the unit offers great views & plenty of light.Absolutely everything has been thought of in this unit, with it all in good condition.The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone wanting to prepare meals, with modern appliances & all you could need.The unit is also very warm, with a gas fireplace, underfloor heating & room heaters.The unit is as advertised and certainly didn't disappoint us.We'd highly recommend it & would definitely stay again if visiting Big White.

4 of us (2 couples) were looking for a 2 bed condo at Big White. This unit offered 2 bedrooms that had a nice queen sized bed in both rooms rather than a bunk bed of sort in one offering less comfort for the other 2 guests. The building is newer and at the top of the village. This could be less desirable if you’re wanting to be closer to the heart of the village or closer to the happy valley parking lot, skating rink, etc. This wasn’t an issue for us and we knew exactly the location having been to Big White many times before. Great ski in/out right from our floor. The parking garage has a super high ceiling great for my big truck as it doesn’t fit in some smaller garages. The kitchen was large and functional. It’s a corner unit with windows in every room lots of natural light and great views. The master includes a steam shower which is always a nice bonus. Hot tub on the deck. We found the hot tub was a bit warm and had to call for assistance to make it hotter. The unit is very large and had more than enough space for the 4 of us. Exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful fireplace for everyone to sit around. Would definitely go back to this unit.

We were very happy with our chalet. It was lovely, clean and fully stocked. Exactly as advertised. We loved the easy access to the ski lockers and the runs. Because of the location you can enjoy night skiing and still ski right to your chalet. We would definitely recommend this unit and will stay here again. In fact we added an extra night unto our vacation because we loved it so much!

We got lucky with the last few days of cold weather for Spring Break -- found some of that Champagne powder!The Aspens Parkade 4 is a great ski in/out location!The online contracting & digital code in/out was SWEET!Condo layout was perfect & well appointed.Beds were very comfortable, hot tub & front window with awesome territorial view over the valley.Living room furniture needs upgrade to better the family social time (the couch is old & saggy).We surely will look for this property again in the future!

We would not rent this unit again for the following reasons... limited seating in living room... there is one 3 seater sofa and one lounger chair. We were four adults. It is not ideal to have 3 adults sitting on a sofa... they really need an additional lounger chair. There are ample dining chairs to sit on but they are not nice to sit on after a day of skiing. There is no BBQ. Although the listing does not include a BBQ, it is unusual for this type of unit to not have one. The unit is fairly small... OK for 4, but we would never recommend this unit for 6 people. The entry area is small and you would be tripping over each other at the start and end of day as you try to get ready to ski. One bedroom has an en-suite bath, the bath for the second couple is off the living room. The TV in the unit is fairly small and does not swivel so the people on the sofa cannot see it very well. Hot tub is good although the cover is VERY HEAVY and there is no lifter and there is nowhere on the balcony to put the cover. You have to stand it on its end beside the tub. Be careful or you will wrench your back doing this.
Other than that, Aspens is a great location at Big White. This unit is on floor 4 which is the level for ski in/out - a bonus. Parking is easy. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Beds are comfortable.We think however there are much better units amongst the Aspens buildings so look around.

Great unit with an unobstructed view of the mountains.Looks toward the village with a full view of the fireworks from the living room. It would be nice to have one more chair in tbe living room as it is pretty cosy with 3 adults in the couch and one in a chair. We would have appreciated being notified when rental management staff were coming into the unit to avoid surprises.5

We had a fabulous time staying at the Aspens. The unit was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The fireplace was lovely after a day on the slopes and the hot top was also a bonus! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need with basic condiments, sugar, salt etc. The ski locker was great, close to the ski in ski out access which is on the same floor as the Aspens 4412. And the ski in ski out is awesome, especially for beginners. We will be back! Loved our stay

My husband, son & I stayed at Aspens Apt 412 from 3-13th January 17. We loved the apartment, it was very cosy and clean and had everything that we required. The position of Aspens is great - step out the door and ski down the slope with a choice of two directions.

Great location with ski and ski out access on the same floor.Loved the ski locker.Overall accommodations were fantastic. Our only advice is that the place needed to be cleaner when arriving.We had to clean the sheets on both beds as hair was found in both beds.Also, the dishes were dirty and we had to run the dishes through the dishwasher. Larger garbage bags are needed for the main kitchen garbage. Lastly a newer television would have been nice.Saying all this, we would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you.
