Location was convenient to all that Wells offers. Walking distance to antique shops, a quick drive to beaches, harbors, restaurants and shopping. The price was very reasonable for the amenities provided. Indoor pool, and club house were a nice bonus. Friendly residents in the condo. Though some construction project happening in certain units, this did not cause any inconvenience to us. This unit is well appointed with kitchen items. Wi-Fi was acceptable for our needs though we did not have heavy usage.

we were given the wrong number for the lock box as well as the wrong password for the wifi. The lock on the sliding door was broken so we could not open the door, this is a potential fire hazard. Of course, we could not enjoy the patio shown on the pictures. The pillow cases smelled of sweat.

Wellington Manor had a very welcoming feel as soon as you walked in. We could tell it had just been cleaned. by the fresh smell. The Kitchen/dining/couch area was fine for us. It was great to cook on the little stove and have coffee in the morning. We enjoyed sitting at the dining table and chatting while looking out of the patio. The beds were cozy and warm. After taking day trips, it was just nice to 'come home.' The only thing that was missing was a hair dryer. Other than that, everything was provided and plenty of clean towels both for the kitchen and bathroom.

A very warm thank you to the owners. We had a wonderful visit in Wells and surrounding areas.

My stay was very good! I got nervous with all the previous reviews. The shower (hot water) had no issues! I like hot showers and I was perfectly fine. The space was more than enough for only two of us. The beds were comfortable with so many extra pillows! There were extra towels and everything as well. The only downfall was the vent in the bathroom was not properly working, and with two of us we needed an extra space for a car, but we had to park at a park and ride for one of them as you get one space. Overall it was a great time and I would book again

It's a good sized room.
Priced affordably.
We enjoyed having a full kitchen with an oven.
The bathroom has an extra sink outside the door, which proved helpful.
The Property Managers at Wellington Manor (on-site) were outstanding and attentive. (They helped turn on the water heater and when we accidentally locked ourselves out).
The heating space heaters in the room were extremely effective in heating the room.
The enclosed patio broke up the space and it was nice to be outside the room.
The room was clean and it had nice hard wood floors.

Areas to be improved:
WiFi was slow. We ended up just using our data plan, it wasn't worth waiting for things to load on the WiFi.
There were a tremendous amount of towels and all the drawers were filled with extra linens. There wasn't ample space for us to unpack. For instance, the bureau which had four drawers was filled with extra blankets and two sheet sets. The two drawers under the TV were partially filled with a game board and other stuff. Leaving only the nightstand free. We had to move linens around to free up space. In addition, there were at least eight sets of towels (bath, hand and wash). There was only one towel bar and some hooks behind the door, but no place to hang the used towels. We ended up draping them on door knobs and anywhere we could find space, but a few extra towel racks would have been helpful. There is a closet, with cleaning supplies and a water heater, but no hangers and I don't think it's meant for hanging clothes. We ended up piling extra blankets on the shelves in there.
The dining table in the kitchen was way too large for the space. We kept knocking into it to get to the refrigerator. There's a large loveseat, an end table, heater and a round kitchen table with 4 chairs in a space roughly the size of a large bathroom. We finally had to collapse the sides of the table and move two of the chairs out of the way so we could move around.
The water heater isn't left on between guests. This was not communicated to us and the water was ice cold when we tried to shower. We learned the hard way - had to call Vacasa rep, when he didn't answer, we called Vacasa 1-888#, who made a work ticket to call the property manager, and then the 30-40 minute wait for the water to heat up. The Property Manager Dave was attentive but we lost about 1-1/2 of our day waiting to shower so be sure to turn the water heater on when you arrive.

It's perfect for two people but it was crowded with three adults. But if you're traveling with small kids, it probably becomes less of an issue. The drawer/towel space issue seems fixable but there's way too many linens being stored in the room and trying to figure out where to move them made the apt seem hectic and cluttered. But again, it seems fixable. It was a nice price point for the area and close to Ogunquit and there's a grocery store down the road.
