Newly constructed in an ideal location within easy walking distance of North Conway Village and Cranmore Mountain Resort, this light-filled townhouse offers the inviting ambience of a ski lodge with every at-home amenity you could hope for. After a day spent on the slopes or taking in the fall foliage on the Kancamagus Highway, you'll have a private hot tub on the deck to soothe your tired muscles, a gas fireplace to warm you as watch TV in the living room's plush recliners, as well as a private washer/dryer, WiFi, and AC throughout to make your stay all the more convenient and relaxing. Prepare dinner with your loved ones using the gas grill and the kitchen's stainless steel appliances, move from the 12-person dining room table to the heated garage-turned-game room, and pass the evening hours by playing Ping-Pong and pool. You'll be just seven miles south of Story Land, six miles north of the Kancamagus Highway and some of the most beautiful foliage in New Hampshire, and an easy drive from such popular mountain resorts as Attitash (nine miles northwest), Wildcat (19 miles north), and Bretton Woods (30 miles northwest).

Parking Notes: The maximum number of vehicles allowed at the condo at anytime is 3 (per Condo homeowners association by-laws). Any additional cars should be parked in the lots available at Cranmore Mountain, but not in front of the residence or in the spaces reserved for the other units in the complex. Cars must be parked in the driveway or directly in front of the condo, but with space to allow other vehicles to pass. The driveway is configured so 2 cars can fit side by side w/ a 3rd parallel to those two cars directly behind it. Street parking is never allowed. The parking rules MUST be followed – we appreciate your consideration.
