Sitting on the quieter south end of Seaside, you'll enjoy a location walking distance to Seaside Golf Course and just three blocks from the beach. If you're traveling with multiple families, you might want to consider renting this home alongside the neighboring three-bedroom Sand on my Toes house. Please click the link for Sand on my Toes for more information!

Step into the bright living room perfect for entertaining or relaxing. A colorful couch is great for reading or conversing in the natural light from the windows, and leather armchairs near the gas fireplace provide ample comfort for rainy nights.

A dining room with a large table joins this room. Sitting beneath marvelous sunset photographs are six chairs for the family - with an extra leaf for up to 12 people - to come together to enjoy a home-cooked meal or some take-out.

The kitchen is a bright open space with a lot of windows and plenty of counterspace to prepare big meals. You'll enjoy full amenities and more, such as a blender, mixer, slow cooker, and dishwasher, so you can whip up anything you're used to making at home or be inspired to try something new (fresh seafood is always a great option)! The kitchen is even equipped with a crab pot!

Adjacent to the kitchen is the TV room, with an L-shaped sectional and a very large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. Take advantage of the surround sound entertainment system, premium cable channels, a DishNetwork DVR to record your favorite shows to watch later, a DVD player, and a Smart TV with Netflix streaming, Pandora, and YouTube. WiFi is available.

A door in this room leads to a half bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Make rainy day unpacking easy, by parking in the attached garage. Additionally, in the garage you will find sand toys, an air hockey table, three bikes, a BOB stroller and large Radio Flyer wagon to transport kids or one of the coolers to the beach.

There are four upstairs bedrooms and two and a half baths in this house, making it suitable for up to nine guests. A very large master bedroom features a king-size bed, north-facing window seating, a large flatscreen TV with a Roku, and a full private bath. There are two rooms with one queen bed each, and the fourth room has a set of twin bunk beds and toys for little ones. A second full bath with a tub/shower combo can be found in the hallway. There is also a sofabed in the main living room, and a crib for a small child. Bring your two small dogs (up to 15 pounds) along for a nightly fee.

This home, along with three-bedroom Sand on my Toes next door, is perfect for a large family, multiple smaller families, or a group of friends. Walk three blocks to the beach for kite flying, sand-castle building, surfing, and games of catch by the waves. This specific part of coastline directly west of the house is called Surfers Cove, and you can often watch experienced surfers. Bring a picnic and warm clothes and spend the afternoon here, or wander north along the beach towards town for more fun.

The main street where all the shops are is an easy walk or bike up the promenade accessible at the end of the street. Here you'll find amusement rides and mini-golf, a number of bistros, art galleries, and an arcade. Head into the Carousel Mall and browse the toy shop and get some ice cream and saltwater taffy in the building next door. If you haven't been, the Seaside Aquarium along the beach is a good way to spend an hour or two.

If you're trying to avoid the crowds, stick closer to the house - the U-Street Pub & Eatery is just one block away, with a few other restaurants east across the bridge. A locally owned grocery store is conveniently located right across the street.

We love this place and feel at home each time we get to go! ❤️
Candie P. Dec 2020
The house was lovely, and very clean a great size for the family. Very comfortable, and homie with a well stocked kitchen for our large family. The kids loved the toys, bikes and 6 player air hockey table. The red wagon made it easy to take beach toys to the beach and park. The hot tub was private, with a cute gated yard. The beach was incredible while it stormed, and a short walk straight to the promenade. The Off spray café a block away had a great menu, and atmosphere. The bikes made it easy to explore. We made our way to a park, and the cove to watch the surfers in the storm. Down town Seaside had lots of in door activity’s a beautiful Carousel, laser tag, and a arcade to get out of the rain. Would love to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy the beach in the sunshine.

We stayed here for our 18th wedding anniversary during COVID and we really appreciated all the little amenities and how fully stocked your house was! The REAL Christmas tree upon entering the house was such a fun surprise. Plenty of towels for the wonderful hot tub and the back yard was fully fenced, making the trip so easy for us and our doggies. The house is super close to a great cafe (Osprey Cafe - we got takeout twice) and a fully stocked market with tons of options. Easy walk to the beach. We appreciated the wifi and smart TV for Netflix. We are already planning to rebook this house in the very near future - next time we want to stay longer. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!
Enzo G. Oct 2020
Great location, 5 minutes from the beach, grocery across the street and restaurants close by. Sunny open kitchen and family room was a delight to hang out in. Bed rooms upstairs allowed for privacy and quiet space. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice fenced backyard. The house is 30 years old and in need of some freshening. But, we felt comfortable having the dog along and the house is welcoming for children. Not fancy. Everything is a balance. Refreshing getaway!
Kali C. Oct 2020
Stayed at the Sunset Beach House for the second time and we loved every minute! Perfect house for multigenerational getaway. Great internet so I was able to work and enough space to spread out. I highly recommend this home!
Erin S. Oct 2020
The across the street market is the best ice cream/ beer/ wine/ produce/ meat/ whatever-the-heck you forgot place you could hope for.

3 blocks west is the most scenic beach, Tillamook Head looming to the south, its cove dotted in surfers.

Or turn north and walk (or bike) a half mile for an elephant ear and stoke your kids on Seaside's commercial offerings!

Walk to a cafe, a pub, a golf course... You won't need your car, just bring your chill.

There is so much good about this place that I hate to mention things that could use some attention but I suppose that is what a review is for...

First some of the good: The location is fantastic! You are literally about three blocks from the beach and the start of the Promenade. It is on the south end of town so it is not as busy as the downtown area. It has a beautiful hot tub that you will want to stay in all night! The backyard area is fenced in which is perfect for young children and has a great picnic table for outside dining. There is a plethora of beach toys and a beach wagon for the kids as well as chairs for the adults! They had several board games and a little kids indoor tent which was very much enjoyed! The Bob stroller was a lifesaver for walking with kids on the beach and they had roasting sticks for marshmallows or hotdogs during our beach bonfires! The kitchen was well stocked and even had a waffle iron! The people at Vacasa were amazing to work with and we will absolutely book with them again!

Now for a few improvements: The carpets need to be replaced! They are stained and though we were confident they were sanitary and cleaned well, they are old and grungy. The adult bikes need some TLC as they were quite rusty and non-operational.

Overall this house was as described and we enjoyed it! We would stay here again!
Cindy D. Sep 2020
Location: quieter south end of town right across the street from the market made this location great. Although the pub and cafe were not open during our stay, it would have definitely been a bonus as they are both within a block.

Space: Plenty of room and beds for our 8 people. It was nice to have two seating areas, allowing some to watch a movie and others gather in the living room for conversation or a game.

Kitchen: Well stocked with most things you need for cooking large meals. We took full advantage of the huge stockpot for making a crab boil.

Extras: Meyer's hand soap at every sink in the house was a lovely touch. Hottub- Bonus!

The house does get quite warm as we were there during 80 degree days. You don't get many of those at the beach in Oregon, so having the added fans in the house was appreciated.
Adriana B. Sep 2020
PROS:I enjoyed the layout and space of this home.
There were plenty of activities for the kids.
The backyard space was a great place to hangout and eat meals .
The beach was a short walk from the house and the beach toys were included .
A small local store steps from the front door made meals super easy!
On the quieter , far side of town! Minutes walk to the promenade!
I contacted the rental company to ask if could have a few additional guest and the said no because the county would fine them. The circumstances were Extenuated , as my Parents home burnt down in the beachie creek wildfire that morning. I was hoping for a more gracious answer. we found them lodging elsewhere .
The hot tub was not clean when we arrived which was a bummer.
Some updates could be warranted: the grill has one burner cover completely corroded, a few cabinet doors in the kitchen Were extremely loose, the back door offers a screen but is broken so was unable to be used , the upstairs drain was so clogged I had to clean it out ( other reviews said maintenance request were not efficeint at this rental ), and last but not least the most disappointing thing was the adult bikes were so rusted they couldn’t be ridden.

There are some cons but not enough to hinder a great time and a fun vacation. My entire family came for lunch, 13 of us and it fit us great! Aside for the few cons this is a great vacation spot for a
Large family looking to have a quiet trip to the beach!
Manager response:
Hi, Adriana! We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to read you had some disappointments with your stay. We are working on replacing the gas grill, and bikes have been removed from the home and the advertised amenities. Maintenance has been asked to check on the cabinets, drain, and back door screen. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have a chance to impress you again in the future!
Marco C. Sep 2020
The house was amazing. We loved the location. From a close walk to the beach to having a store across the street.
Erin S. Aug 2020
Such a great house for the entire family! We especially loved the kid friendly atmosphere! Traveling with a toddler can be tricky and on top of packing necessities, you want them to be entertained as well. The house already had toys and activities so we didn’t have to haul our own toys, creating more space for actual luggage and people in the car. We were all able to relax when we wanted without bothering each other and then come together for some fun. The close walk to the beach was also helpful for us when our toddler needed to go potty. We were able to walk back to the house without an accident and then return to the beach for more play time. The backyard is an additional fun space for grilling, lounging, and play for our toddler and small dog! We look forward to our next stay in this beautiful house!!
Kim B. Aug 2020
This home is the best when it comes to location! It’s a very quiet neighborhood, so close to beach access and no crowds. The house was very clean & had everything we needed. We would definitely visit this property again if coming to Seaside.
John B. Aug 2020
House was very clean and sanitized when we arrived. We always enjoy the proximity to the beach, hot tub and all the amenities. This continues to be a great vacation spot for our family.
Jenni J. Jun 2020
Lots of space to spread out, great fenced backyard, and so many features that make traveling with kids easier (Bob stroller, bikes, wagon for the beach toys provided, Boogie Boards and more). Two large flat screen TV’s allowed our group to spread out so the kids could watch Disney+ (included!) while the adults relaxed in the living room. We will return!
Adriana V. Jun 2020
This home is everything I could have asked for and MORE! Everything I could have possibly needed was available in the home, tons of board games, toys for kids all ages, play pens, the grill, the hot tub! Short walk from the beach and boardwalk, market and pub across the street, all in a quiet friendly neighborhood! Don’t look any further, sooo worth it!
Lillian H. Mar 2020
This would be a great house for 8!
Tricia W. Mar 2020
We have rented a beach house for my birthday weekend almost every year for 13 years, and this is the ONLY one we’ve returned to! 🌟
Micah R. Nov 2019
We loved spending Thanksgiving in this home. The house has a great floor plan for a family-complete with a fenced private backyard and hot tub that’s in excellent condition. It is located a short walk to the beach, but also very close to a cute grocery store and two restaurants that were both excellent. For little ones, there were tons of sand toys, plastic plates and bunk beds. The house was well stocked except it could use more wine glasses (there were only three) and better bottle openers. We loved the area of Seaside it is located in as well. It’s south of town in a quieter area away from the promenade. You can easily walk or drive into town from the house. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone with small children or older teenagers as well! Great home!
Celerino V. Oct 2019
3ish blocks from the beach, super cozy and big back yard was great!
JOHN N. Sep 2019
Area, space, had a back yard enclosed, hot tub. It was comfy and nice size for our group. He beds were a bit hard and we found a some ants on the counters in the kitchen. Overall it was a good stay.
Manager response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback, John! We're pleased to hear that this home provided adequate space for your group. We apologize for any issues you may have experienced, and we're happy to report that the ants have been addressed. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!
Patricia D. Sep 2019
We loved the room to spread out as a family of adults. We enjoyed the hot tub and easy access to the beach (about a couple of blocks away) and the pub and market across the street.
Phyllis B. Aug 2019
clean and spacious. Comfortable. Nice yard and picnic table. Beautiful sunsets with only a few blocks to the beach. Quiet area.
John B. Aug 2019
This was the 2nd year we rented this place and overall we enjoyed it very much. The house comes well equipped with all you need to spend a few days at the beach and has plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed the hot tub when we weren't at the beach or downtown.Very close to the beach and convenient market right across the street. The carpets are getting a little old and stained but otherwise everything is in pretty good shape. We had a couple of issues with the toilet and plugged shower but property managers sent someone out the same day to fix it. We enjoyed the home and look forward to renting it again.
Manager response:
Hi John, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay in our home! We're happy to report that the carpets are scheduled for a thorough deep clean in September. We can't wait to host you again!
Maithe H. Jul 2019
Wonderful house with everything a family could possibly wish to have available.
Elizabeth W. Apr 2019
They have thought of everything at this vacation rental. Clean, clean, clean. Wonderful location.
Desari S. Apr 2019
We left a personal note.
Charles D. Apr 2019
Loved the home and the private yard. The location was stellar. We will come back when we have time. Cleanest hot tub I've ever seen at a rental property.
Karen H. Sep 2018
We rented this home for a long weekend with family and really enjoyed our stay. It was just the right size for 6 adults and 2 dogs! The only down side was the master bedroom faces the busy street so we have quite a bit of road noise at night which we are not at all used to, made it a bit hard to sleep. My only suggestion would be for the owners to have a more permanent runner that goes to the edges of the step down in the entry - all of us experienced near miss falls because of that step down/step up situation - having a more visual distinction would certainly help that area. We thought a screen on the back door, and the back window, would help with air circulation not having any air conditioning available - we almost had a bat fly into the house two different nights! Pretty scary! The BBQ worked great and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses/and cookware. Thank you!
Manager response:
We apologize if the road traffic was more than this guest was used to. It is not a terribly busy street, but there is a fan available guests can use for white noise if the road traffic is too much. We have ordered a new screen for the family room window and will have it installed as soon as it arrived. Thank you!
Tony G. Aug 2018
Clean, plenty of towels and sheets. Homey feel. Everything was functioning. Great place to relax in between heading out to the beach and surrounding area. Has dog bowls, we forgot ours!!!
Great location across from Excellent Ken and Sons Grocery store and Osprey Cafe - and quiet. Close to the Promenade and Beach. Would do it again.
John B. Aug 2018
House was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
Richard E. Jul 2018
Sunset Beach House contains some nice features with just a few frustrations. Fortunately, it was not mine so I refuse to obsess about some of the poor construction. Kitchen is generally spacious and well-equipped but like a beach house with just-okay amenities. Very nice, fully-fenced backyard with hot tub. Our little Cairn Terrier was safe back there. The one problem we had (outlets not working in Master Bedroom vanity) was handled promptly once we were able to reach Vacasa via email. Comfortably accommodates six adults and two children without resorting to a hide-away bed. The house was clean with good access to a nice area of the beach. We would encourage the addition of screens to some of the windows that don't have them for ventilation without inviting flies. It was nice to have bikes for some of the guests and the kids loved the air-hockey table.
Michele B. Jun 2018
Loved this cute space and the great back yard.
Arvi G. Jun 2018
What a beautiful, well designed and decorated home. It has everything you need and a hot tub. Hope to stay here again. The kids loved the bunk bed room with toys to keep them busy.
Jill P. Feb 2018
Great home for small gatherings. Convenient location - pub and market across the street and quick walk down to the beach. I highly recommend this property.
Tracy B. Jan 2018
Great place to stay! Close to beach, Broadway, little convience store across street. Kitchen well equipped. Backyard was nice for our little dog. Hot tub was clean. The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is that the beds were hard. With a foam topper on the beds, the home would be a perfect stay.
Aram N. Jan 2018
Reall nice place close to the beach and a local grocery store. The bike path to Seaside was very close as well which made bike trips to downtown super accessible. We had a wonderful stay
Linda C. Nov 2017
After the passing of my mom, I just needed to get out of the house. We decided on Seaside. So many things to do. The house was very nice and comfortably accommodated our family of nine and 1 dog. Back yard was safe and secure. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was big enough to make the thanksgiving turkey and all the trimmings. Dining table was big enough for everyone to sit around. Need a few things fixed or updated but every home is like that right? Be sure to visit Broadway Street. Lots of shops to browse in. Try the gelato and Inverted Experience where you take fun pics of yourself in upside down situations. We would not hesitate to stay at this home again.
Leslie V. Oct 2017
It rained throughout our stay, but that didn't ruin our fun. This house has so much to keep the family occupied: toys, games, kids books, cozy fireplace, comfy seats... the list goes on and on. It was great to have the market right across the street, as well as the cafe and pub. Couldn't be in a more convenient location.

We would definitely stay here again!
Kathleen A. Oct 2017
nice house overall and very comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped. Nice and close to the beach.
Jazmine C. Sep 2017
The house was so cute and well maintained. We were extremely happy with everything. It was very clean and fit everyone comfortably. It was also in a great location, really close to everything! Overall an awesome place and experience.
Barbara T. Aug 2017
This was a great home for our girls' trip to the Oregon Coast! Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths for the three of us was really a treat. The back yard is fenced, private and really pretty! The hot tub worked perfectly and we loved being outdoors looking at the stars.

Ken's Market across the street had everything we needed - and the staff were helpful and friendly - and it's open until 9:00 pm!! Big Bonus!

The house is on a main street - but it wasn't noisy at all. We were able to park the car in the garage and that made us feel safe. We were a quick three, short blocks to the beach (we could see it from outside the house). The walk on the Promenade was an easy and beautiful way to wander into downtown Seaside. It's just about a one mile walk to Broadway, downtown, with plenty to look at on the way!

We loved the house! The stove and dishwasher were problematic, so we called VACASA and quickly got a response. I hope the owner considers changing out these two appliances, because they really need appliances that work, consistently.

Manager response:
We are so glad to see this guest enjoyed the house! Immediately after check-out a brand new dishwasher was installed and the stove was fixed.
Erika M. Aug 2017
We really enjoyed our stay here. It has a stash of toys for kids, comfortable furniture, nice decorative touches, and the layout of rooms is great for a single family with kids or maybe a couple families who want to stay in the same house together.

The location is at the far south end of the Promenade, which makes for a long walk into town (perfect for burning off junk food). There's a great cafe right down the street called The Osprey Cafe that you have to try if you stay here.
Christine B. Jul 2017
House is very accommodating. The best is that there is a small grocery store across the street. Grass backyard which kids loved. We would rent again, for sure!
Rhonda J. Jul 2017
Had a very enjoyable time! Thanks!
Amber K. May 2017
The location was nice. The beds were pretty comfy.
It is nice to have a fenced yard for the pets where they cannot escape so you don't need to worry. The store across the street is VERY convenient and fairly priced.
Biggest complaint was that when we arrived there was a giant booger dried up on the wall right by the couch. Kind of scary that housekeeping missed this, what else did they miss that I didn't see?
It made me start thinking about what may be lurking under the beds and in the cushions of the couch.
Also my daughter was on the floor and said that the carpet smelled like urine. I did not smell it, but I did not get on the floor and sniff the carpet. The house didn't stink and I have a very strong nose.
If you like to bring your pets this place is an option, but personally, I would probably try and find a different place for my family next year. The booger ruined it for me.
Manager response:
We apologize the home didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The home has since gone through a deep cleaning. Thank you.
Amber A. May 2017
This house was nice. It was by the golf course and close to the beach. It is a little far from downtown seaside, about a 20-30 min walk.
Jeanne G. Apr 2017
Close to beach, grocery store across street and pubs nearby. We loved the house and appreciated how everything was labeled. No guessing. Will definitely come back to this house!
Jade B. Apr 2017
This place is absolutely perfect for a trip with young children. We only needed to pack the bare essentials because the rental has everything else covered. High chairs, beach toys, toys and games in several rooms throughout the house, children's books and even children's dishes and flatware and an extra crib and bath toys. Most outlets have safety plugs in them. The place is immaculately clean, which is great for families traveling with younger kids since there are no mystery germs to worry about. The toys are clean and well-kept, which isn't always the case in vacation rentals. It is cutely decorated without being fussy, another bonus for families since there's no worry about items that need to stay off limits. There is a conveniently placed utility sink and laundry area off the garage that is great for cleaning up littles after coming in from playing on the beach. There are plenty of extra towels and linens and the beds are super comfy! One of the adults on our trip suffers from terrible back pain most mornings and woke up almost pain-free after a nights' rest on one of the foam mattresses! Of course the hot tub was likely helpful in relaxing us all for a good night's sleep as well. While all the bedrooms are cutely done, the master bedroom/bath is gorgeous and luxurious. We had a lot of fun preparing meals in the spacious kitchen/dining area where we were able to keep an eye on the kids playing in the yard and family room, where a big, cozy sectional couch is available for movie-watching and visiting. All the appliances were easy to use and worked very well. The kitchen is very well stocked with tools and basic spices and other cooking needs. Though we plan on vacationing together again next year somewhere new, it sure will be tempting not to return to Seaside solely because we enjoyed our accommodations so much! Rent this place, you won't regret it!
Ryan L. Mar 2017
The house and location was perfect and the staff at Vacasa was amazing. They went above and beyond.
Larry H. Feb 2017
The home was very comfortable and clean. The hot tub could have been more was a bit cloudy, but it was nice having it. The kids loved it! We also appreciated all of the games that were available. It is a short walk to the beach and it was nice having the pub so close. The home nicely accommodated three children and four adults.
Lindsay G. Nov 2016
Other than the issue with the oven, we had a very nice stay. This place is perfect if you have young kids. You are close to the beach and not in the middle of the hussle and bussle of seaside, so it's nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
Manager response:
We apologize for the oversight with the oven; housekeeping has thoroughly cleaned it since this reservation.
Barbara E. Oct 2016
We really enjoyed this property and would stay here again. Cleanliness, location, four bedrooms, hot tub, pet friendly, fenced back yard were a plus.
Brittany H. Oct 2016
We rented this house to have a weekend where old friends from college could spend time together. Note none of us had any kids but we did have a dog. It was a great house and had wonderful amenities like a fenced in yard that was perfect for the dog and a hot tub. Check in and check out was really easy and the house was very clean. We would definitely rent here again!
John D. Oct 2016
House, yard and hot tub all very nice. Quiet and relaxing.
Linda J. Sep 2016
Went with a group. Plenty of room to move about and mix. Great backyard. Dining room table allowed us to all sit together for meals an d games.
Rosie O. Sep 2016
Great house, location, amenities. Very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked!
Kathleen K S. Sep 2016
Very nice home
Susan F F. Aug 2016
This house and location were perfect for our seaside vacation with our 2 and 4-year old grandchildren. There are lots of age-appropriate toys and the beach has tide pools that are perfect for them to play in. The kitchen is well equipped so you do not need to eat out unless you want to. There are no cupboard locks or outlet covers so we had to move all cleaning products & other dangerous items from low cupboards when we arrived and keep a good watch on the outlets.
Terra K. Aug 2016
Great clean house in a great location with all you would need! Highly recommend!!
Jessica W. Aug 2016
Beautiful house in a great location! Perfect for multiple couples or families!
Carly M. Aug 2016
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beach access was very close, an easy walk for young children. The house is comfortable and clean. The fully fenced backyard was awesome! We will be returning to this house for sure.
Elsbeth P. Jul 2016
Treat this home respectfully as your own so others can enjoy the home's charming essence. Thank you!
Elia T. Jun 2016
There's so much you could do here like ride bikes, go for a walk on the beach, enjoy the hot tub, etc..
Jacob M. Jun 2016
Pretty much all brand new furnishings. Very pleasantly surprised to find high chair, books, toys, and silverware/cups/bowls for the kids. We enjoyed the. Backyard space. This was a very comfortable place to stay and if we are staying at the coast again this is the place we want to stay. Within a few blocks of the beach...lots to do when the weather is good. No Complaints.
John G. Jun 2016
The house was very nice, the hot tub was a nice added bonus. I also liked having a barbecue there and it had propane, it was ready to go.
Ryan K. Jun 2016
It was great having the beach only 2 blocks away. The house is on the end of the boardwalk, so it was not busy at all. There is a coffee shop, pub and grocery store across the street.

The house was clean and kept up. The only thing that I have a complaint about is that the A/C was not working. It got a little warm one night and during the day, but we kept the cool ocean breeze blowing through, so it wasn't really all that bad.

We also had a 20 month old and 4 year old in the house. There was a toy slide, play table and toys for the kids. The bunk beds also had a night light for each bed. This is a very kid friendly house.
Manager response:
We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and wanted to clarify that this home does not have an AC. We appreciate you sharing your review and for staying with Vacasa.
Rebecca F. May 2016
This house is in a great location on the south side of Seaside, 3 blocks from the beach. There is a good fish & chips pub a 2 minute walk away, and the beach is about 3 blocks. It is much quieter than downtown, but a stroll along the boardwalk will bring you to the main drag.

the house itself is comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the grill and hot tub. The kitchen was well-appointed. There is a code-key on the door, so coming in and out is easy and there is no key to lose. Parking on the street is not allowed overnight, so the extra parking space in the garage was also appreciated!
Erin C. Apr 2016
Perfect for a family with small kids- we loved the stay. There were toys, dishes, a baby gate; everything needed to make the stay easier with two kids under 4. Thank you!

It was a great place for some family time. Would definitely come back.
