As you enter this third-floor condo and walk down the hall, you'll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that frame majestic, uninterrupted views of the ocean and beach. The living space is delightfully open, full of natural light, and decorated in contemporary-yet-comfortable style. To the left is the carpeted living room, offering a sofa and two recliners, a gas fireplace for when the fog rolls in, a flatscreen TV mounted to the brick hearth, and doors that slide open to the beachfront balcony. To the right is the open kitchen, where you'll find elegant slate gray cabinets, stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating for two, and an adjacent six-person dining table with a commanding view of the ocean. The oceanfront Sand & Sea Condos are enviably located right on the Seaside Promenade, with the golden sand and the crashing ocean waves just beyond. It's the perfect spot for those looking to spend their days boogie boarding, beachcombing, or strolling with a view of the ocean. The main thoroughfare in downtown Seaside - Broadway Street - is less than two blocks north, giving you fantastic access to shops, restaurants, eateries, and recreational outfitters.

Parking Notes: Your parking permits will be provided upon check-in at the front desk. Campers and boats are not allowed. You are not permitted to park against the building in the spots marked "Owner Reserved." All other vehicles must be parked along the road where public parking is permitted.
Water Access: The complex is located on the beach. A short walk will bring you right to the sand. Exit the property on the lower level using the south door; this will bring you up the stairs. If you turn right, it is a short walk to the Promenade.
