Beautifull ocean view house located on section 2, lot 196 in las conchas. The house offers a great view of the ocean, estuary, desert and mountains. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a day bed as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and smalll appliances. Other amenities are A/C and heating, TV/DVD, ceiling fans, hot and cold running water, charcoal BBQ. Owner requests: No Pets.
Las Conchas is the first beach of the outer beaches on the southeast side of town. All homes are connected to the city utilities for both electricity and water, because of this all homes have heat and air conditioning. Las Conchas is a gated community that has restricted access, no ATV's or Jet ski's are allowed in Las Conchas.
